Kate and May were good at help. Provided early checkin which was needed. The room previous was very small but the one with terrace jacuzzi is the best room I have seen in hanoi. Great location just beside lake. Best hotel would visit again.

The entire reception team - Happy, Dong, Anna and Rachel were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast spread was very good. They have different menu each day. Room was clean and comfortable.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! The location is perfect, nestled in the Old Quarter and just steps away from the Hoan Kiem lake and night market, yet without the usual restrictions on vehicle access. The highlight for me was the stunning pool and the sky bar, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire city. It’s a great spot to unwind and take in the beauty of Hanoi from above. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive. They even arranged a hassle-free airport pickup for only $16, which was a great convenience.
The only minor downside was some construction happening next door, but it didn’t significantly affect my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, excellent amenities, and incredible views!

Thank you for the amazing stays. I am happy with my room and breakfast. The hotel’s location is near to the Old Quarter and easily accessible to any where. The staff were very friendly, smiley and always willing to help. Especially to the front office, Mr Happy, May, Kate, Rachel and Anna. We all feel so welcomed. Keep it up 👍👍👍

We stayed here for overnight only as we will head early in the morning to halong bay. Good thing i decided not to book our another 3 days after our trip to halong. Upon arrival staff/guard are sleeping infront of the hotel. Even tho we're entered the lobby he didn't even bother to wakeup and assist us 😆 tho theres 1 staff that accommodate and help us with our room. Thanks to him we were able to rest for a bit. I will consider going back maybe in the future but not recommending this place for late checkin.

The location in the Hanoi old quarter is very good. Only the pool was not so nice (water was cold) and the rooms were a little bit old. But for city trip it is a good location.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and a nice rooftop bar with very good view. Room was clean but simple. One more shelf would be nice to have but it was good. Pool looked good but was to cold to swim due to winter season here. Gym only had treadmills, a bike and a Crosstrainer. No weights but this is ok for me. Would recommend and would come again here
