Very nice hotel in Ha Noi's Old Quarter, a bustling vibrant part of the City. Close to French Quarter for culinary and cultural experiences...and the Lake.... Friendly Staff too.... We were on 8th Floor overlooking Street and City. Traffic noise was the only downside

The soundproofing of the room is poor, the disposable slippers do not have bags, and it looks like they have not been replaced. Other aspects are so-so.

We stayed at the Golden Lotus Luxury for 2 nights and felt very comfortable. The receptionists were available at any time and answered all questions satisfactorily. Check-in was uncomplicated. The rooms were satisfactorily clean. On the first night it was a bit noisy because the people in the other rooms and in the hallway didn't keep their night's rest. But of course the hotel can't do much about it. Breakfast offers a rich selection of mostly Asian options. It was the first hotel where I also got (vegetarian) sushi and kimchi. The “sweet” buffet looked a bit smaller compared to the savory one. We didn't take advantage of the included afternoon tea, but we could have done so at any time by the pool. A 30-minute advance registration is necessary. Small detail for onward travelers: It is possible to weigh your suitcases in the hotel lobby. I would come back any time!

There were no problems other than the lizard that appeared in the room! Image of many white tourists The walls of the room were thin and I could hear a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms, but I was very satisfied because the location was good and the breakfast was delicious.

Very good hotel. Large and comfortable room with everything you need. Very comfortable bed and everything very clean. Very friendly staff and they will keep your bags for as long as you need. Varied and correct breakfast. Extraordinary location in the heart of the old neighborhood and next to the Red Bridge Lake. I would only have one drawback and that is that the room does not have any view since the window faces a wall. But for the time you spend in the hotel it is not that important either.

Perfect location. Two street away from the lake and everywhere is walkable. Breakfast ok. Overall good but tv is as good as no tv, very bad reception

Not satisfied, room was not comfortable. In my room was another door which was locked, but as I see it was connected to another room and I heard everything from other rooms, for example If other guest talked to phone or roll in the bed. Not sound proof rooms. Also Too much noisy in the room because of outside ventilation and other guests. Breakfast very poor and tasteless. Indoor swimming pool absolutely useless. There was window but no view, very dark room. Good side was only convenient location. Stuff was friendly Price doesn’t suit the quality. 👎😕

This botique hotel has an excellent staff. They are friendly, helpful and professional! The hotel is very botique like with beautiful interior design. The bed and pillows are comfortable and their laundry service is timely as well as excellently pressed!

Great place to stay in the old quarter. The breakfast spread was also really good. The pool is heated but other than that everything else was great. Would definitely stay here another time.

Central location to old Hanoi, the rooms are nice couldn’t fault them. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the breakfast each morning was good. I would stay here again if we came back. Check out the roof top pool, it was a bit cold when we were here but an awesome view.

When booking the room, it was not stated that the room does not have a window, but the result was a room without a window. Please be careful not to be deceived when booking a hotel room, and the smell of sweat in the room without a window is very disgusting.

Good location. Walking distance to attraction places, pub street, shops.
