Great location and easy to get to places - clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average but i guess you get what you pay for. Staff are real friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a walkable distance to main attractions, the rooms are clean, the restaurant has a nice view, but the best things is the staff, especially the receptionists. They are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. We just wish everyone would be like Thao!

I don't know how this hotel got so many good reviews. First of all, the hotel facilities are relatively old. Secondly, this hotel may have many local tour groups because it is cheap. These local Vietnamese tour groups are very noisy. They make loud noises in the corridor at 5:30 and don't think about others at all. Finally, the hotel is located in a slightly remote area. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the downtown area where there are many tourists. In short, this hotel is suitable for tour groups or people who pursue the ultimate cost-effectiveness, because this hotel is relatively cost-effective compared to the price, but if you have a little requirement for accommodation, don't consider it.

I don't know about other hotels in Vietnam, but compared to China, for example, there was a difference in the quality of facilities and food at the same price range. Trip.com did not give this hotel 4 stars, 3 stars would be appropriate. Good points include a good location, spacious rooms that look a little luxurious, and friendly staff. It was very convenient to use the hotel as a stopover point between tourist spots, and being able to return to the hotel to rest on the way was very helpful. However, the soundproofing of the room was poor, and it was painful to be woken up many times in the middle of the night by dogs barking, cars idling, and other noises in the same building.
There was a gap in the stopper, so hot water did not fill the bathtub. The buffet seemed to have a few varieties and was rather simple. I can't say that the morning buffet gave me energy for the day.

The hotel is located very close to the train street. The room is small, no place to lay your luggage open if not on the bed table, the bathroom has a good size. Power supply on one side of the bed only. Clean. Fixed showerhead (rainfall), not handheld. Hardryer and safe available. Able to use eu plugs with no power supplier adapter. Amenities: shower gel and shampoo, soap, shower cap, toothbrush/toothpaste, cotton buds, comb. No iron/iron board. Minibar with complimentary coffee/tea, anything else is an extra. Using the tv is extremely complicated (need to switch to hmd1 on a no more readable remote control, press several buttons in a specific succession, with more or less long pressing, and you will have mastered this self-learn training when your stay is over), have spotted only one English channel (otherwise Vietnamese or Corean) with hollywood classics and no news. Window with a view on the stairs and the next window (!). Staff very kind. Breakfast ok: sausages, eggs, soup; vegetarian-friendly: freshly made omelette, fried rice and noodles available. Good Vietnamese coffee.

It's a good to stay in this hotel. Good location hotel to reach Temple of literature, and old quarter as well, hoan kiem lake train street. The breakfast was and tasty. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives. Absolutely we will come back in the near future. Thank you Ms Thao who is friendly.

The receptionist and the staffs are very good and the rooms are cozy but a bit congested. The hotel is located in a place where it is easy to go to the tourist attractions such as the Temple of Literature. Only thing to complain about is that there is no pool.

Everything was great! Really kind receptionist Nguyen Thi Thao. The breakfast was also great, i loved eating the salad and vietnamese rice cake with the sesame dressing and the juices were fresh, the lightings and all were warm and comforting i loved it!
