The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was soft.

The front desk service was absolutely terrible. I encountered three staff members; only one young woman was nice. The two men acted as if I owed them money. Aside from the attitude, the bedsheets were stained black, the pillows were yellow, the ashtray still had ashes from the previous guest, and there were no disposable slippers. Even though I didn't use the towels, the fact that they were yellow was disgusting. There was a small, creepy space outside the window that I don't know where it led. I'm genuinely baffled; even if the price wasn't high, this is unacceptable.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years whenever I visit Hanoi, so I considered myself a loyal returning customer. Unfortunately, today’s experience was extremely disappointing. I had an early flight and arrived at the hotel much earlier than usual. I politely asked a tall, slim male staff member if an early check-in could be arranged. I understand that early check-in is subject to availability, but there was an empty room available when someone is check out, and I was disappointed that he was unwilling to make any effort or offer any flexibility. After choosing and supporting this hotel repeatedly for many years, I expected at least some consideration for a returning guest. On previous occasions, I have also accommodated late check-in without making an issue of it. Unfortunately, when I needed some flexibility this time, there was none in return. This experience has made me question why I should continue supporting this hotel or remain loyal as a returning customer. Customer loyalty should be appreciated, especially from guests who repeatedly choose your hotel over the years. Sadly, you have lost one loyal customer today. One star is deserved for this experience. Thank you for showing me that my years of loyalty were not valued. I will not be booking this hotel again.

The room was small, but the soundproofing was good. Breakfast didn't have much variety, but it tasted decent. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The location was nice, its far a bit from the main city but I’m ok with this. Have many nearby shop, cafes, restaurant and mall

Breakfast at the hotel was diverse and tasty, perfect for my taste. The staff were warm and attentive, taking great care of guests.

Was a nice room and a good view, best thing about this stay was the bed where it was very comfy. Staff didn’t speak much and didn’t seem too happy. But overall was okay 6/10

Overall, it's pretty good, but for a deluxe room, the space is really too small.

The window was an interior one, which was a bit unexpected. However, it was convenient for visiting clients.

Would not recommend. The room was small and had no windows. I tried to check out after one night, but they wouldn't let me. There are many other options in the area at a similar price point.

It was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and modern. the bed was very soft. The reception staff was very friendly. In front of the hotel, there is a GS25, which is very impressive, and a Vinmart next. It is close to the mall and Hanoi Centerpoint. The breakfast was the best ✌️

The room was great, I really had everything I needed. There's a GS25 convenience store right in front of the hotel, which was super convenient.

The room lights couldn't be turned off, so I had to pull out the key card in the middle of the night. Cleanliness: Cleaner than expected.
