何度かこのホテルは利用していますが、今回はとても残念でした。
１.夕食
このホテルには夕食が付いているプラン(ビュッ
フェ形式)があり今回利用しましたが、17:00から
提供開始で17:40頃レストランに入り料理を取ろう
としたが、カレーとゆで*、パンが数個しかなく
ご飯が全く無かった。無くなり次第終了とのことで
ご飯の補充もされず、ほとんど食べられなかった。
30分で利用できなくなるなら意味がない。
２.大浴場
いつもは問題ないが、今回は湯船にお湯がなく浸
かることが出来なかった。
フロントに話したが改善するつもりはないようだ
った。しかもこのホテルの大浴場は朝開いていな
いので、翌日チェックアウトまでに入ることができ
ない。
３.スタッフ
日本語は通じるがとても機嫌が悪そうであった。
良い点
朝食は品数は少ないもののビュッフェ形式+任意の
料理を追加出来るので満足度は高い。
部屋の清潔度は高く、窓もあり、広さも十分。

ハノイに行く度に利用させてもらっているホテルです。
スタッフが日本語を話せるので、はじめてハノイに行くなら、すごく良いと思います。
リンランの歓楽街からは、少し離れているので、夜は静かです。
ホテル正面には、美味しい喫茶店もあります。
現地の料理を食べたい方にも、ホテル朝食を食べたい方にもお薦めです。
ホテルの横の細い道を入った奥に、美味しい麺料理をお店があります。
また、ホテルを出て左に20m位に美味しいモツ粥屋さんがあります。
ホテルの朝食も美味しいですよ。
お風呂好きにもお薦めです。最上階に大浴場とサウナがあります。

リンラン界隈ではサービスアパートが安くて快適に滞在出来ますが、チェックインやチェックアウト手続が難しい事もあり、一人旅だったので日系Hotel泊まっみました。リンランやヒァンケービン通りからも離れてますし、店舗が閉まっていたりするのか周りが寂れている感じがしました。風呂も利用時間が短く使用出来ていないので、評価しません。

日本街裏的短租，基本全是日本住户。前台服務全日語，基本的英語不會説。態度很好，語言不通。早餐晚餐都是日式，也還不錯。
