I think the price is good considering how clean it is. It's not very spacious, but I think it's worth the price. I'd like to use it again in the future when I'm spending weekends in Hanoi.

Nice place to stay in Hanoi, everything what you need is here. However it's not so perfectly clean and then can change towels more often. WiFi is completely slow form time to time We stay there for 1 week, 8/10 ✨

We stayed here as a family of 4 in one of the apartments. The security guard does not speak English, which is not a problem because there's google translate. You get a key for the door, so you can enter whenever you want without needing anyone let you in. They have a small gym on the 2nd floor and the trash bin on 1st floor. They always give you more toilet paper or dish soap. The location is near Lotte Center. It's easy to use Grab if you go to Circle K (supermarket next to the street). It doesn't take long to go to old quarter or west lake. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need (except a washing machine, but there's laundry's near).

This time I stayed in 22 housing again. The room was big and comfortable. The washing machine was very clean. I was very happy to wash clothes every day. 😃

It takes 40 mins from the airport. Building is just 20 meters walk from the street. There are some japanese food nearby. Coffee shop is just by the street. Noodles restaurant and market is also very near with Japanese minimart. The location is great but only negative is far from the tourist attractions. About 20-25 mins by car and 50 mins by public bus ( we needed to walk about 15 mins to the bus station. ) Room was ok, with cooking items and good refrigerator. We went during the weather was 10-14 celsius, but the room was very cold. We cannot stay in the room with 1 blanket so we requested to have 1 more blanket. We feel warmer when we were in the taxi. There was only 1 mirror in the bathroom was a bit inconvenience. Housekeeping was good and hotel admin was good too. Btw the price was acceptable and we had a good stay.

This is a small budget hotel located in a quiet place. The room has everything you need: furniture made of natural wood, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a fan and a TV. In the immediate vicinity there is everything you need: various cafes and shops, a market where you can buy fruit, beauty salons and massage. Good transport links: buses are clean and run regularly. Lotte Mall is nearby. There is also a lake nearby with many cafes around it. The zoo is also nearby. The hotel has an excellent price-quality ratio.

The accommodation was spacious, which was great. It was convenient to have a refrigerator and a washing machine, and the inverter made cooking possible. The staff were friendly, and I liked that it was close to Lotte and Vincom Plaza.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the toilet is also big and equipment with automated bidet seat and a gold bathtub. The location is convenient to get food around the area and there is a circle k convenience store nearby. However, the breakfast wasn't so fantastic as the selection was not much for cooked food and the taste was not really nice.

You can enter and exit at night through the code lock. Nearby restaurants and convenience stores are all within easy reach. In addition, there is a washing machine room on the underground first floor. The platform is not marked but can be used.
