I checked in at night but still contacted the hotel owner to open the door for me. Good reception, room as described, clean. Room is airy, relatively large, beautiful for the price but the air conditioner is a bit weak. Worth the experience.
+ new building
+ big room
+ possibility to cook yourself
+ near a shopping mall
+ friendly staff
+ cheap
- dishes were sticky
- no microwave (only a hotplate)
- no water boiler
- the staff doesn't speak English
- far from the center
- hard to find
-medium noice cancelling
If you are looking for a cheap accommodation to work/study, this could be your place. There is shopping mall near the hotel and you can find for example McDonald's and Uniqlon there. The staff is friendly and they even wash my laundry for free but you have to ask for room cleaning separately. The dishes were sticky but otherwise the room was clean.
The map doesn't show the location correctly but it shows the right street, which is not long. Just try to look for the building in the picture. Next to the garrage, there is an alley, where you can find another garrage, which is also the entrance for the hotel.
The following are the real pictures and videos I took when I checked into the hotel that day. I checked into room 604 that day. Hotel location: convenient transportation in Hanoi. Hotel facilities: please look at the pictures, which were taken when I checked in that day. See the pictures for the bedding and linens. The bed is quite comfortable. Hotel decoration: please look at the pictures. Toilet: not separated by dry and wet areas. Hotel service staff: I personally think they are very service-minded and were quite considerate during my stay. The pictures of the hotel match the pictures of the room I actually stayed in.

Great value! The mini apartment was comfortable a good size and had a number of amenities including cooking, washing machine fridge and water fountain. Bedroom was very comfortable and modern.
Bathroom was clean and had great soaps and a Japanese toilet. Would definitely recommend!
Although it is far from the city, I was able to stay in the place I wanted. There is a department store with a food court and a supermarket within walking distance. There are also some open-air banh mi shops and noodle shops in the neighborhood that are open 24 hours a day, so although it is not as in the city, it is not that inconvenient. The hotel has several branch shops along the same street. The room was spacious enough and more than worth the price. The room was equipped with air conditioning, electric fan, TV, refrigerator, oven, water heater, pot and stove, full-length mirror, and more than what you need, and towels, toothbrushes, and body soap are also provided. Two bottles of water are provided free of charge, and more water is provided during daily cleaning.
The shutters close at midnight, so if you come home late, you have to ring the bell once to have them open it, which I felt a little embarrassed about. My room had no windows and was gloomy, but it was dark and comfortable to sleep in.
The only disappointment was that the walls of the room had just been painted the day before, so it smelled like paint and I couldn't change rooms. The smell was so strong that it was difficult to sleep for the first two days, so please refrain from letting guests into a newly painted room right away.
It's in an alley, easy to find on Google Maps, register at the security office, the room is duplex, but the floor height is a bit low, bumped into a few times. There is a kitchen, downstairs is also a mature commercial area, convenient transportation.
The hotel was very difficult to find, and at the reception we were met by a woman who should retire, she has very poor eyesight and hearing, which greatly impairs our communication. Otherwise, the room is normal.
The check in I did in the middle of the night was quick. Hotel entrance is without external lights and not easy to recognize. The staff is kind and helpful. The apartment is spacious with a bedroom and a living room with kitchenette. The kitchen is complete with accessories. The toilet is with bathtub, but without separation curtain. There are renovation works in the building next door. They disturb sleep early in the morning. The price is very affordable for this apartment. Nearby there are restaurants and shops.

TTommyCooper_24I used very good service, the room was clean, the staff was very welcoming and they also helped me change the money. I had a very good experience. I will come here again if I have the opportunity
NNiaa KimThe apartment was wonderful – clean, well-equipped, and in a convenient location. The space was cozy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
GGuest UserThe environment of the hotel is also impeccable. The exterior design is simple and atmospheric, entering the interior, the decoration is very exquisite, showing high-end luxury. The room is clean and hygienic, warm and comfortable, and the facilities are all available. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the bath products are also very intimate, making me feel as if I am at home. And the room is very quiet, so that I can get a full rest and relaxation on the journey.
AAbigaillIt is a wonderful apartment to stay. The apartment is clean 😄
Everything in the house is new, then the owner arranged and decorated it very beautifully. That makes me feel very happy.
The location of the apartment is very good. It is very peaceful and fresh.
In addition, you can walk in the area and find anything you want. It has everything available and it is easy to find it.
Very wonderful. I will come back.
Highly recommended! 🥰
JJae HoThis hotel is like home feeling. Staffs are friendly, internet is good, nice gym and swimming pool with sauna. I always come back here whenever I visit Hanoi. Lately I see many group tourists checking in, which is a good sign for the hotel.
GGuest UserWe were very satisfied with the service at this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and we slept very well. The front desk lady spoke a little Chinese, making communication seamless. It's perfect for Chinese tourists. We stayed for four consecutive days. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety, especially the beef pho, which was better than many restaurants near Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel's pool was under renovation during our stay, so we didn't get to swim. The only downside was its location in the new city, a bit far from the old city and Hoan Kiem Lake, requiring a taxi every day. However, even so, we couldn't change hotels. The staff were very friendly and greeted us warmly. They even helped us with all our luggage when we had to catch a flight. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in China who wants to visit Vietnam. Thank you to everyone at the hotel! Thank you! We had a wonderful trip to Hanoi!
Hhitode814Only stayed one night while in Hanoi. Since it is an apartment type hotel, it is fully equipped with kitchen and home appliances. YouTube was also seen on TV. The washer/dryer was especially helpful for long trips.
Since it opened recently, it looks beautiful at first glance, but the cleaning is not perfect. There was residue from previous guests in the drawers, etc., and the inside of the electric kettle was so dirty that it smelled bad.
I think it will be very comfortable if it is properly cleaned.
GGuest UserHomestay is in an alley, walking distance from Pham Van Dong street for about 5 minutes walk. Homestay has both accommodation and guests to rent. There is no staff on the homestay there. Entering the homestay, you must contact the staff and install a hand-sign code to enter.
At first, I chose the mark 5, then changed to mark 06. However, when I checked in on the first day, I was given a mark 05 room. Then I asked to change the room but couldn't change the *** but the homestay gave a 10% discount of room 05 then sxep changed my room the next day.
Pros: room amenities ok, clean, spacious
Suitable for families or multiple people to go
Disadvantages: because it is in the alley, the homestay is a bit difficult, there is no duty nvien to solve the problem.
GGuest UserLocation is good and staff are friendly but the owner just doesn't understand about proper cleanliness. I get it's hard to properly clean all 20 or so rooms you have but you are not doing the bare minimum. I've been here on two seperate occasions and both times I found uneaten food from the previous guests that encourages ants, bugs and mice. Clean the room properly please.
