Everything ok, except..when i go this hotel, i see google map. I can't find the adress. And i say to staff at my hotel to help me. He write the adress, saw the map its separatly like to the hotel. We go by bus from old quarter, at arrive at the bus station 22.30 pm. We walk as a street show. And actually its wrong. We stop in front office and the bus driver help us to call taxi. And its 30 mnt from our place. We are so afraid coz its so night n' no body's. I think the owner must be do something note to people about the adress. The staff, only 1 for service. N' the breakfast not like i want. Its just 5 mnt from airport.

We only stayed for one night before our flight in the morning. At first, we were a bit worried because the building looked very old from the outside. However they have another building behind the old one as an extension. We stayed in the extension building which was quite new and clean. The room we stayed was not close to the roadside so it was pleasant without much noise. I would recommend it to those who have an early flight in the morning or very late arrival in Hanoi as it is only a few minutes away from the airport. Be sure to book the rooms in the new building. Also, it is best to take a taxi or a Grab to get there from the airport and vise versa because there is no sidewalk for pedestrians. Also the walk is quite far from the domestic terminal.

When I go out, I have signal on my mobile phone and cash in my pocket. I don’t have to worry about going anywhere. Mr. Zhu immediately gave me a local card and exchanged it for 5 million Vietnamese Dong (1 yuan is equal to 3,500 Vietnamese Dong). Although it is small, it is a carefully selected domestic best-selling product with a relatively rich variety, mostly for food and drink. It may be because we are afraid that everyone will not be used to local food, so in order to take more care of domestic tourists. Regarding taste, I first bought a pack of Tengjiao instant noodles (6 yuan) and a pack of red box Kuanzhai cigarettes (60 yuan). They were 20% more expensive than in China, but they were moved from China, so they were very reasonable after considering the travel expenses. 6. The girl at the front desk can speak Chinese, has no problem communicating, and is very beautiful😻. I checked in quickly. 7. I specially chose a room near the airport so that I could see the planes easily. There are many windows, and the room has plenty of light. The room is cleaner than a domestic five-star hotel. Vietnamese people like to take off their shoes when entering the room, so the room is very clean. Although it is close to the airport, it is not very noisy with the windows closed, and there are almost no planes in the middle of the night. 8. There is a Chinese restaurant on the top floor. There are Chinese chefs and authentic Chinese food. I have traveled abroad many times. Only the Chinese restaurant here did not disappoint me. The taste is similar to that at home. Sichuan and Hunan cuisine are both good. You can also book special supplies in advance. 9. When you come to Vietnam, you can’t miss the special breakfast. There is a local beef noodle restaurant near the main road, which is served with fried lean meat dumplings. It is very delicious and can be compared with our Teochew beef rice noodles. Many locals also eat there. 10. Since I don’t speak Vietnamese and not many people can speak English, it’s a bit difficult to communicate. But downloading a Google Translator can basically get it done. When we go out during the day, Mr. Zhu will help us call a car, and we can play by ourselves without any problems. Vietnamese people are very warm and friendly to Chinese people. When they hear us speak Chinese, they all want to communicate more with us and learn a few words😎 11. I needed a hotel close to the airport as I arrived late and didn’t want to travel far. It was walkable distance but I chose to take a taxi which was the better choice. Check-in was smooth, a bell boy carried my suitcase for me, the bed was comfy, the shower good. Breakfast could be bought next door. Vietnamese food and coffee, I wasn’t used to that. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one night airport stay.

Really enjoyed our stay, got a free room upgrade, the location is very convenient for the layovers, the room was clean and spacious, breakfast was great. And the swimming pool was an absolute hit!The hotel also provides transfer for 100,000 vietnamese dongs, which we highly recommend as you can't find any better price. Highly recommend!

It felt like I was living in the airport, which was fun. There was no shower, but it was a separate room so I didn't have to worry about the noise around me, such as the sound of opening my suitcase.

If you arrive later in the day & need to leave early for a flight the next morning, it's a perfect Airport Hotel! The room & the bathroom are clean & spacious. Having a restaurant within the hotel is also convenient, although quality of food is pretty mediocre ... It would be nice if they could do something about that. I would have loved to leave Vietnam with memory of a nice pho dinner :-)

When booking it looked super close to the airport and easy to get to. It proved a little difficult for the taxi driver to find, but English was not his strong point. The room was very basic and tidy, however the bathroom was very out dated and could do with some work. However for what it was and the purpose it needed to serve for a 4am start to the airport it was ok. The host was very good in arranging a driver for the early morning, however expect to pay 150,000 dong for the 4.3klm trip to the airport. General warning, anything from the airport is a bit dodgy and even our first cab driver tried to rip us off with the meter reading 89,000 dong yet he wanted 300,000. We only paid 200,000 from the airport to Westlake area, so 300,000 for a short trip seemed excessive.

It's not bad. The owner and his family are very friendly. They didn't use the pick-up and drop-off service because the plane was delayed. The owner was also very polite and didn't say anything.
