1) Very poor service quality by staffs starting from bell man, front desk, breakfast service staffs.
2) Room is amazing and same as what we see in the pictures. Everyone of us loved it.
3) Got free birthday decoration with balloons and it was perfect. thanks to that
4) quite a distance from the city center
If you are not concerned about the service quality and staffs attitude, I recommend the stay here. If service quality is equally important for a comfortable stay then I won't.
Since I see various dept staffs with attitude, I trust the problem is at the management more than the staffs. Please look into this, The hotel is beautiful and can deliver high standards.
My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was not the experience we were hoping for. The hotel’s facilities are quite old and don’t match the pictures shown online. The gym, swimming pools, and private pools were especially disappointing – they felt neglected and depressing. The whole place is in desperate need of an upgrade.
One of the scariest moments during our stay was when we returned to our room and found the door to the room next door unlocked. The balcony was open, and there was something under the blanket on the bed. We were understandably alarmed, so we reached out to the staff, who told us it was under repair. A heads-up about this beforehand would have been appreciated to avoid the unnecessary panic.
The bellman was the only staff member we saw doing most of the work, and he looked extremely tired. We genuinely hope the hotel isn’t understaffed and that they’re taking care of their employees. When we reached out to reception about minor issues, like not being sure if the shower head worked, it seemed like he was the only one dealing with everything. It’s clear the staff is overworked, which made the whole experience feel less enjoyable.
Additionally, the heater for the shower wasn’t very warm, which made taking a shower uncomfortable. It’s frustrating when basic amenities like this aren’t functioning properly, and it added to the overall disappointment.
On a positive note, the food at the hotel was excellent. They offer a variety of options, including Japanese, Hong Kong cuisine, a huge slab of cheese, and delicious Vietnamese dishes. If you’re staying here, the food is definitely something to look forward to.
The hotel is also located a bit outside of the city center, so if you prefer a quieter and less busy environment, that’s a plus. However, considering everything, I don’t think I would recommend this hotel, especially given the issues with the facilities, staff workload, and room conditions. There are definitely better options out there for the price.
I would highly recommend this apartment as an alternative to traditional hotels. It is well equipped (Kitchen has plenty of dishes, etc.); it was absolutely clean upon arrival; they readied it early for me (at no additional charge); it has laundry onsite .... and a bathtub. TV in the Living Room has built in apps (Netflix, etc); TV in bedroom doesn't, but I simply plugged in my Roku that I always travel with. WiFi worked great - no issues (I work remotely online). Convenient location without being in the 'Old Quarter' means that local food, etc. is readily available (easy walks) at far lower costs (and less annoying pressure) than in the Old Quarter. A 'shave' in the Old Quarter was 200k VND; in this area, it was 30k VND ... same goes for food, etc. Convenient walk to Japanese bar area if that's your thing), and to nighttime 'quan seafood and bia hoi' places. The only note is that the swimming pool is not available for 'short term' rentals (only long term residents); however, that was a minor thing. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful - any questions, reach out and he will definitely help. Thanks.

Nice hotel with great facilities but best thing is the staff - helpful, friendly with good level of English. Will stay here again next time I am in Hanoi.
Brilliant experience from start to finish!! Staff extremely helpful as where the tour people involved with hotel. Gym was excellent with on site spa and swimming pool would definitely recommend
Serviced apartment in an area quite far from the old quarter. Very good value for money if you need some peace and quiet and some space. Well serviced secure and great for families. Pool area looks good too but we didn’t use it as it was too cold.
The room is quite comfortable with all the basic amenities. It has a playground on the 3rd floor where you can sit and relax. The staff is friendly and helps with any problems you may have and I am very satisfied.
I went to Vietnam on a business trip on April 13th and stayed at Vinhome Apartment for 3 days. The overall experience was quite satisfactory.
1. Location:
The location is very convenient, in the city center, next to Lotte Mall, and it is convenient for shopping and eating.
But if you want to go to Hoan Kiem Lake and the old town, you need to take a taxi for 15 minutes, which costs about RMB 10.
2. Environment:
The surrounding environment and the environment inside the apartment are quite good (as shown in the picture). It is an apartment in a building.
I live in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1-living room apartment, and I live in a small room (as shown in the picture).
There is also a master bedroom and a private bathroom (including a bathtub) that I didn't take pictures of.
I took pictures of everything else, and the environment is pretty clean.
3. Facilities:
The apartment is equipped with disposable toiletries, a water dispenser, a microwave, 24-hour hot water, and WiFi.
The facilities are also complete.
4. Service:
The apartment has no service, so you should be mentally prepared for this when you stay in the apartment.
The advantages of the apartment are: cheap, large space, and many rooms.
Disadvantages: The apartment is cleaned once every 3 days. If you clean it every day, you will be charged an extra 4 yuan. There is only someone to pick you up on the first day of check-in. No one will come until you check out (just close the door and leave).
So if you want attentive service, you must go to a star hotel, but the price is definitely not comparable to that of an apartment. It is definitely not as cheap as an apartment.
Note: Register your passport information with the apartment manager in advance when you check in.
5. Complaints:
I stayed there for three days and was quite satisfied with everything.
The only thing I was not satisfied with, or even hated, was the lobby security at night.
When you come back during the day, you can follow others into the building elevator, or ask the front desk or security in the lobby to open it for you. (Because there is no Face ID password to enter the building for short stays, only to enter the room)
But if you come back after 11 or 12 o'clock at night, the night security is difficult to deal with.
The first time I came back at 12 o'clock in the evening, I explained to the lobby security for a long time. I was renting inside, and he still opened it for me later.
The second time I came back at 1am, the night security guard refused to let me in, even though I had a check-in confirmation letter from Ctrip, a check-in notice from the housekeeper, and even when the housekeeper told him that I was staying here. I had to ask the housekeeper to find someone to pick me up, and I waited in the lobby for an hour.
So, if you come back too late, don't choose the apartment. This is the only and biggest disadvantage in my opinion.
Although the housekeeper will find someone to open the door for you, it's too troublesome and you have to wait for a long time. What if you come back too late and the housekeeper is asleep? I can't imagine what to do. Sleep in the lobby?
My building is right next to the shopping center, very convenient for shopping😎😎The room is very clean. Apartment have all the necessary amenities and furniture. Doris is very enthusiastic, extremely friendly and supports quickly🥰🥰We will definitely come back here when coming to Hanoi and recommend it to many people🇻🇳🇻🇳❤️❤️
Great trip and our apartment are really spacious, we feel like we stay at home. most things are just in the walking distance. we love our stay and definitely come back

GGuest UserThe service is very good. This is a serviced apartment. On the M3 floor, if you can't find a place, call the service customer service will also get a detailed address. The room has a very good view and is very comfortable.

A good place to stay.🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳
DDmitriMayThis is a small budget hotel located in a quiet place. The room has everything you need: furniture made of natural wood, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a fan and a TV. In the immediate vicinity there is everything you need: various cafes and shops, a market where you can buy fruit, beauty salons and massage. Good transport links: buses are clean and run regularly. Lotte Mall is nearby. There is also a lake nearby with many cafes around it. The zoo is also nearby. The hotel has an excellent price-quality ratio.
CChristianThe apartment itself is very beautiful and a Vinhomes Metropolis. There is always a mall in these houses, so you can eat and buy beautifully, etc. The neighborhood is very Japanese, which has very much liked us. The problem is the renters. You don't get any pre-information in which of the 3 buildings the apartment is located. So you need to call them and then wait long until they get one. The room is actually cleaned, but not when you want it. We were very happy to extend and we asked the renters directly whether we should do this about them. You wanted to have more about 10000000 dong than we paid on Trip. Com itself. Then they have tried to get us out several times because they didn't want to pay the trip charges. All very strange, but we still enjoyed the time there.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very welcoming, the staff is very welcoming, the price is reasonable, cheaper than other hotels of the same type, it is recommended, there is breakfast in the morning, although it is single, but the taste
萌萌哈哈YugaThe breakfast is absolutely terrible.... It's too unpalatable. Maybe it's because we have been there for a few days. The meal is very perfunctory. It's okay to be perfunctory, but it's not tasty... The dining environment is also average
The accommodation environment is pretty good. Chinese tourists go. They basically like to arrange two rooms 201 and 202. Pay attention. Don't these two rooms, the noise is loud and the air-conditioning noise is loud. There is a wind outside, and the house sounds like a tsunami...
