The hotel is located in a walkable distance to main attractions, the rooms are clean, the restaurant has a nice view, but the best things is the staff, especially the receptionists. They are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. We just wish everyone would be like Thao!

The service is consistent and professional throughout. It has been, in fact, enhanced since my previous stay during it's opening year. For one, the executive lounge is in full swing, albeit plagued by occasional inconsiderate guests who talk for prolonged periods on their mobile phones or book the meeting room for the purpose of dining with their friends on the pretext of discussing work. The lobby moniterance can be more effective i.e. enforcing orderly conduct and behaviour over rowdy and aggressive mainland Chinese tourists. Devices and voices should be kept to a minimum in public spaces to maintain proper decorum. The hotel ground staff need to be more vigilant in this regard. That said, the service staff are to be highly commended. The Guest Experience Manager, Ms. Hannah, is extremely approachable and knowledgeable. She provided me with valuable tips on places of interests within the city and beyond. She always makes herself available and is often seen interacting passionately with guests around the property. Certainly, the executive lounge staff, Lucas, Kevin, Audrey, Estee, Lynn and Crystal are very attentive and guest-centric. No request is ever overwhelming for them and they portray the executive lounge to a very high standard. I was touched by staff who recognised me though my previous stay was some two years back. Concierge, Mr. Ku, welcomed me warmly with his sincere and genuine hospitality style. The Duty Manager, Mr. Harry, did his best to resolve my room issues and was always following up diligently on my preferences. Front Office staff, Ellen and Anna, who were also present since the opening of the hotel, maintain their friendly and charming dispositions. The lobby bar staff are impressive, with dedicated staff like Duc and Mr. Thang, the outlet manager, who remembered me by name and concocted a special ginger/lemongrass tea when he found out that I had a dry throat. I'm looking forward to forthcoming stays at this property whenever I pass through Hanoi. Dr. Sam Jay Yeo Accor Live Limitless (Diamond) Singapore

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Pullman Hotel Hanoi, Vietnam, and it was a great experience! From the moment I set foot in the hotel, I was deeply attracted by the elegant environment and thoughtful service here.
First of all, as soon as you enter the lobby, you are attracted by the spacious and bright space and exquisite decoration, which feels very comfortable and warm. Especially when it came to check-in, Phuong Anh was very helpful to me and I am very grateful to her.
The rooms are very spacious, well laid out and fully equipped. The bed was soft and comfortable, giving me a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also very clean and tidy, and the toiletries are of high quality and very reassuring to use.
In terms of service, it makes me feel the warmth of home. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and check-in and check-out are very quick and efficient. Here I have to mention Phuong Anh again, her thoughtful service really impressed me.
In addition, the hotel's dining is also worth mentioning. Breakfast is rich in variety and tastes.
It is highly recommended to the friends who will come here for business or travel, I believe you will also love here!

I stayed one week in March 2024 for my business trip to Hanoi. A very nice and large apartment . At arrival The registration desk upgraded to a larger 2 bed room at floor 5. Comfy beds and sofa. AC works well and is silent. The kitchen is very usable. The clothes washer is new and works perfectly .... Very quiet atmosphere.... The gym is too basic and small. No swimming pool and sauna. The breakfast is average and always the same.... Fresh tea, eggs, noodle soup and fruits were my morning routine. I really enjoyed staying in Nesta apartment... Very nice room cleaning staff, very professional management desk, a seamless and comfortable stay indeed. The drawback is you need to call a taxi to reach the old quarter and other city spots. But the quality and cost are great. Highly recommended

It was a really good and comfortable experience staying here. Especially the breakfast is one of the best I have had during my visit in Vietnam. The service here is also great. The receptionist I talked with wasn’t fluent in English. But she tried her best to inform about the amenities.

What sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service from the staff. Ann and Sophie were not only friendly and attentive but were proactive in attending to details in a way that I have not experienced before in my extensive global travels. They genuinely cared about the guest's needs and experience in the hotel and in Hanoi. What a great impression it gave me of Hanoi. The rooms are small but comfortable and immaculately clean, with a modern fit-out. The hotel is about a 10 minute taxi ride to the Old Town, in a working area of Hanoi - so there were no locals selling tourist items on the street. Restaurants, local markets, banks, all nearby in this bustling area of Hanoi.

It's located in the alley, so when you find it with a navigation
It was a little difficult to find. After that, I went out of the hotel
It's easy to find when you come back.
Like a hotel in front, I couldn't figure out that the payment was completed with an application reservation
Unfortunately, he understood and dealt with it quickly.
It is a hotel with so many advantages.
The passport was good to take only pictures and give me right away.
There was no deposit, no other fee.
You can park your motorcycle for free in the hotel.
There's a washing machine - drying is on the roof.
The facilities are so clean, air conditioner and refrigerator, TV.
All were well maintained and good.
Even the kind boss.
It's a pity that I can't stay for a long time.
This is the place I want to visit again next time.
- I didn't take a picture, but I happened to take it ㅋㅋㅋ

We couldn't have chosen a better spot for our Hanoi adventure. The hotel's location in Dong Da district proved ideal, with easy access to both the Old Quarter and cultural landmarks. The free Wi-Fi was consistently strong, and the 24-hour front desk was incredibly helpful. Special mention to their personalized tour arrangements - they organized our Ninh Binh trip perfectly. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained.

RRomaneVery beautiful hotel! And nice nd confortable rooms. Very good location if you want to see the train street. But a little far from the center. Nice people working there but not everytime there, not 24h/24h as written, it's better to contact them by WhatsApp or zalo than Trip itself. The breakfast is very simple but it's okay. I loved this hotel because very beautiful, we feel like home and I liked the location for me to work. Also I really liked my room. And people helped me a lot. So I recommend it, but don't wait here for answers, contact directly by WhatsApp for specific questions. 🤗

GGuest UserRoom was clean and spacious, we stayed for four nights. Location is in the vicinity of many of the highlights of beautiful Hanoi. We were able to visit all these sites by foot. Plenty of places for decent food closeby as well. Although the hotel is very close to the trainstation (10 minute walk, we carried heavy backpacks) we could not hear any of the regular trainstation-noise in our room. Staff is very kind and helpful. For our room to be cleaned/get fresh towels we had to ask.

GGuest UserThe platform recommendation is wrong, single *** do not recommend this remote alley shop. Find for a long time. The pair of European men behind were also picked up by the homeowner. Very close to the light rail and cultural university, the main road outside the alley is the home road. Couples, each ** is suitable for this private and hidden small foreign-style house. The owner has a piano for guests to play, the female owner is shy and cultural, and the introvert is very sincere. For some reason, the owner is unwilling to have a hostel sign at his door. On the fourth floor of the small foreign-style building opposite the door on the 29th. I wanted to relax and wash, but I found it to be tiring, and finally gave the platform to provide data. It is recommended that the platform recommend it to couples in pairs. The owner is in a good mood, with various teas and coffee, etc., but unfortunately I still haven't enjoyed it.

The hotel is clean and airy, with full facilities. There is a enthusiastic and attentive reception staff. The hotel is located on the main road, convenient for travelers, especially cars to pick up visitors. This is an ideal destination for everyone as well as those agencies to work and visit to relax in the millennium capital.

GGuest UserThe hotel is hygienic and clean, and the balcony of the room is convenient for drying clothes. There was a middle-aged lady at the front desk who could speak Chinese and helped me solve many problems caused by the language barrier. This hotel is especially suitable for people who like to hike and travel independently. It only takes me 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the train station, 5 minutes to the famous Temple of Literature in Hanoi, and 5 minutes to the Hanoi Cathedral, 36 Ancient Street, Hoan Kiem Lake, Thang Hoang Citadel, and Zhen Mu. It takes less than 30 minutes to visit the historical sites, One Pillar Temple, Ba Dinh Square (equivalent to Tiananmen Square in China) and other attractions. It is particularly worth mentioning that a few hundred meters away from the hotel is the market where local people buy vegetables. It is very rewarding to see the market and walk through the narrow streets of the old city to understand the lives of ordinary people in Hanoi.

SSHUISENBath hot water was very good!
Disadvantages: No paper towels in the room, toilets. Bottled water is not in a 500ml bottle, not enough to drink. I generally do n’t boil water because I ’m afraid the pot is not clean
Room size is ok, stronger than the domestic price.
There are many Japanese tour groups. Although there are only 5 rooms on each floor, a total of 11 floors, the top floor is a restaurant, and the first floor is a lobby. This small hotel is good value for money.
