環境服務:環境超讚，房間很大，在房間能看到松花江，服務人員温柔熱情周到。

床太舒服了，走了一天累得躺床上就睡著了。不虧是專業的床品，出來玩好好休息睡一覺真的太重要了。一到酒店老遠就過來拿行李的小哥哥，前台小姐姐們也是超級熱情，還有小禮物送。還有下午茶，服裝好多特色還沒來得及體驗。但是整體的入住體驗非常好。哈爾濱必選必推薦入住

南方人第一次來哈爾濱，離家三千幾公里這麼遠地方玩，在來之前看了好多酒店都沒定下來要住哪裡，下飛機後在機場看攜程訂這家，我睡眠淺都睡得挺香的，我拿的行李也比較多一下滴滴車就有人過來幫我拿行李，前台小姐姐辦理好入住，還幫忙送我行李到房間，還貼心説晚上24點前有晚安牛奶，第二天下午有下午茶。第二天又續房了，退房後還有小禮物冰箱貼，14～16點的下午茶中午退房了下午也可以去吃，住兩天我都沒吃下午茶☕🍰因為我出去玩了，酒店位置蠻好的，酒店門口過斑馬線就到上海街地鐵🚇，兩站就到中央大街，去哪裡都方便。對啦，還可以免費寄存行李就可以放心玩了。中華巴洛克比較多吃的，中央大街冰淇淋還不錯還有酸奶，還有老昌春餅，南方人吃這邊的菜都比較容易上火，建議多喝點開水，晚上睡覺開加濕器呦。哈爾濱真的很多新鮮玩意兒😉😉

一下網約車就有人幫忙拿行李～這一點真的很加分，畢竟我一個行李箱都30斤了，然後走的時候也有幫忙拿行李出去，➕100分哈哈～
房間很乾凈寬敞，淡季來住實在是太划算了～
早餐一般，晚安飲其實兑換成票，每個時段都可以提供就好了，不然回了房間根本不想下樓～
