XANA Deluxe Hotel (Harbin Railway Station Gongren Wenhuagong Subway Station)

The service was excellent. When we discovered bugs in our room, they promptly moved us to another one and even provided breakfast vouchers. The rooms were meticulously cleaned. We arrived quite early, and they were very thoughtful to quickly prepare a room for us. We would definitely stay here again.

My trip to Harbin was an absolute pleasant surprise thanks to this hotel; I'll definitely choose it again next time! The hotel maintained excellent cleanliness; both the bedding and bathroom were spotless and fresh, making for a very reassuring stay. However, it was the service that truly stood out. The lovely lady at the front desk kindly offered a complimentary room upgrade, and the young gentleman at the front desk — who was not only very charming but also provided impeccable service — was warm, friendly, and attentive throughout. When I arrived, I had quite a bit of luggage, and he immediately stepped forward to help. Later, he noticed I had an awkwardly shaped item that was difficult to carry and thoughtfully went to find a suitable bag for it. This kind of attention to detail was incredibly thoughtful. This level of service, truly going above and beyond, made my entire trip so much more comfortable and pleasant!

The location is fantastic, situated in a residential area where you can truly soak in the authentic local vibe of old Harbin. Just downstairs from the hotel, you'll find a morning market and plenty of dining options. The room itself was as cozy and welcoming as ever. With bus and subway access right downstairs, it's incredibly convenient to explore the city.
