I extended my stay at Lizzy, special thanks to王嘉偉who reminded me that I actually needed to change and extend my stay for another night as I didn't notice I got mixed up with my dates, his attention to details on customer's bookings is very much appreciated, 嘉偉，a job well done! Also loved the little farewell gift from the hotel, very thoughtful of them. I definitely would recommend my friends and relatives to stay at this hotel if they visit Harbin. 😊

Pros:
Very helpful reception staff. Especially Yuyue and Jiaqi. It is not 100% certain that my spelling is correct since they do not speak English (along with the rest of the staff at this 5 star hotel in a city of more than 10 million people).
Comfortable beds and decent pillows. Clean bathrooms.
We had a free upgrade - see Cons!
Cons:
"Non-smoking" room is a joke. The guests DO smoke everywhere. There are a lot of fabrics used in the rooms for the decoration, and smoke penetrates them to a great extent. In order to find a room with decent air quality, we had to change our rooms twice. See Pros!
There was only a very limited selection of biscuits and fruits available for the advertised "luxurious afternoon tea.".

The location is good near Zhong Yang walking street in Harbin . You can walk around for enjoy the atmosphere at night . The hotel is in Russian style and well decorated . The room has good facilities and good technology. The breakfast room is very beautiful and variety lines of food. We stay with the promotion of free tea set and gift . It’s very impressive!

Lizzy is very nice hotel, their services are top notch. Ms 张岩 front desk and the concierge manager are very friendly and helpful to fulfill all your requests and more than required. Thanks to both of them who made my stay memorable. Best hotel and services in all my China stays. Will definitely come back when in Harbin. High tea and breakfast are delicious.

Impressive. Staff members are all very courteous , helpful and warm. I enjoyed my stay immensely esp when it is located jst off the Central/Zhongyang streets. Taking taxi or Didi to further places such as Sun Island is easy and very affordable. Highly recommended!

This hotel was amazing! The room was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever stayed in, and the bathroom was very modern and convenient (heated toilet seat, great shower and a lot of premium amenities, like free mouthwash). The location is also excellent, common areas are exquisite and the staff is very helpful. A perfect stay.
