The first impression of the hotel is very good! The room is well-lit, clean and tidy with a wide view. It's a fully intelligent hotel with complete facilities including a small refrigerator and a smart toilet. There is also a huge TV. In terms of service attitude, the ladies and brothers at the front desk are warm and polite! Lastly, my favorite thing about it is that there’s a huge dressing table, like the ones used by celebrities in photo shops. You don’t have to stand while putting on makeup anymore. It’s so female-friendly!

Smart hotel experience full marks! Voice control of all the appliances in the house is very convenient, and the laundry room solves my worries during business trips. The gym has new equipment and the robot food delivery is so cute. The front desk service is good, the room is clean, parking is convenient, and Metro Line 2 is within easy reach!

作為連續入住10天的長住客，我對酒店原本非常信賴（每天主動續住打掃本已很貼心），雖然中途出現了一個小插曲，唯一的小意外是手劃壞了，被罩上被我不小心弄上了血漬沒幫我換新的被罩，當即致電前台請求更換，可能因溝通匆忙，讓我誤以為讓我“自行更換”，雖然最初溝通時前台響應不夠專業，但值班經理後續的處理非常及時，不僅更換全套床品，還贈送了果盤和房型升級，這種對客訴的重視程度，讓我感受到酒店的誠意。 疲憊加失望之下沖動給出1分差評，冷靜後意識到，我的差評忽略了酒店長期的良好服務（續住打掃從未缺席），而酒店對單一事件的重視遠超想象。感謝值班經理的耐心溝通，讓我看到“真正的好酒店，不是永不犯錯，而是敢擔當、能補救。”必須為酒店的正視與補救“正名”！ 特別感謝值班經理的主動跟進，問題解決後每天都會詢問入住需求，真正做到了“長住如家”。 希望其他客人遇類似問題，先溝通再評價，給酒店一個“挽救”的機會。
