The check-in experience was very good. The floor was very high and the windows were large. You could see far away. The room was also very large and comfortable. Anything you needed was delivered by a robot, which was very convenient. Tingting at the front desk provided very timely service. Whatever you needed was delivered as soon as you called. The laundry room on the first floor was also very practical. It automatically added detergent, and the washed clothes smelled good. In short, it was great!

Although the room was renovated in 2025, it felt very bad. The bathroom was small, the stay was average, and the quilt was too heavy and uncomfortable! I'd rather stay at a Four Seasons Hotel in the future! I checked in at 2:00 am on the first day and checked out a little after 1:00 am the next day. I had to pay 50 yuan for a late check-out. I've never encountered this before, so I don't know if it's reasonable.
