A Masterclass in Service at The Mansion 1903 Harbin
My stay at The Mansion 1903 was exceptional, thanks to its outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warmth and attentiveness were evident. They proactively assigned me a quiet room, anticipating my needs even before I expressed them.
Housekeeping left thoughtful daily touches, like local snack recommendations and hand - written notes about nearby attractions. In the restaurant, the waitstaff expertly guided me through the menu, suggesting perfect wine pairings for each dish.
At checkout, the staff remembered every detail of my stay and gave me a personalized souvenir. The Mansion 1903 sets a high standard for hospitality, offering a truly unforgettable experience.

It is certainly an overwhelming experience of my stay, this property is located just a few steps from Central Avenue (Zhongyang Street) which is the iconic landmark of its city, connecting to the major tourist attractions such as St. Sophia church, Zhaolin Park, China Baroque History Culture Scenic Area, Dragon Tower ( Long Ta ), Sun Island, Ice Show World etc wherever can be reached by metro, makes perfectly sense to leisure travellers, practically for purpose of the visit to Ice Show World when on winter season.
Upon reaching the entrance of the hotel, the staff was enthusiastic and helpful, stepped out to help me take the luggages for check-in, they gladly introduced the history of the hotel, I was astonished to learn that it's been standing over 100 years, well designed in every part of foyer, full of Russian style, feeling like I'm staying in as a membersof the nobility.
As I booked the superior room, the staff suggested a limited offer that I can go on the different type of suite, before the decision, they escorted me to have a view of the room, and I finally chose the 55sqm room, that was a big bargain for the upgrade paying just ¥500 extra. I was shocked at the time I stepped in to the room, it is elegantly decorated. Whenever you sit in watching the TV, lying on the bed immersing yourself enjoying the bubble bath, you would almost be resisted to leave.
Finally I will undoubtedly give the full score of 10 for what I deserved from this property, and this will be a good place to be on my next visit, hopefully December the year for Ice Snow festival.

My stay here was incredible! From the moment I got out of the taxi to arrive, to the moment I got in the taxi to leave, all of the staff went above and beyond in service to help me with my every need. The room and environment is very beautiful, like staying in a living museum. The hotel is close to Central Street and Sophia Square, making sightseeing very convenient, especially on a cold night. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Harbin. This stay was unforgettable.

Great centrally located hotel. A must stay again in Harbin. Beautiful dinner served on our 1st night. Expensive,but well worth it.
