We were so glad that we had made a right choice to book into Baibo Hotel. Room was clean and very convenient to get to the main attraction. Walking distances to St Sophia Church, Central Street, walk bit further can reach to Stalin Park memorial tower, subway can be reach in 15mins. Service in the hotel is excellent staffs was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Excellent service provided by the staff. Look for Hua Che (the assistant manager), she ever cheerful and will provide whatever help you need. We extended our stay and she provided FREE room upgrade! Location is great, short walk to metro station, popular Zhongyang street and night market. The hotel is also along the airport bus route so super convenient if u are coming and leaving from Harbin airport. Highly recommended.

We are really amazed by the service rendered by all the staff in Baibo Hotel. It makes us feel so welcomed ☺️. Daily welcome drink is the famous Kvass 格瓦斯👍👍 👍 Breakfast selection is good and delicious 😋. Rooms are bright and spacious, only the toilet is a bit too small for me ( maybe I am too well built 😅) One thing I must mention is that the hotel's manager personalised service and went extra miles by preparing for us breakfast on the go(bread, milk, eggs, and surprisingly the winter pear 冬梨）as we got an early flight to catch the second day. Overall, I am so pleased and grateful for the service rendered. BRAVO 👏 👏 👏.

This hotel attitude on helping storing delivery item need to be improved. Also the staff that ask the deposit. But the the rest is good. Location also very near to city attraction

The location was close to the ZhongYang Street which made travelling quite efficient. Friendly and helpful staffs. Comfortable room and the breakfast has decent varietions.

The hotel location is great! Only a few minutes walk to 中央大街. The hotel is equipped with washing machine, dryer and gym, which are free to use! Most importantly, the hotel staffs are kind and helpful! They always try their best to fulfil customer's request even during night time. Overall, the stay at this hotel was great and pleasant!
