實事求是地講，此次入住感受一般。進店後，前台詢問“在平台訂房多少錢，店裡可能更便宜”。有一位同事此前有過類似經歷，平台退訂後在店裡訂房並不便宜，所以我們拒絕了前台的提議。半夜沖澡時，發現沐浴液瓶子是空的。另外，離店開發票時，前台把郵箱多記了一位數字，等了一天都沒收到發票訊息，打電話再次確認後才發現發票發送到別人郵箱裏了。此次入住體驗讓我們覺得店裡的服務人員很不認真。

8點去吃早餐，炒飯，麪條都沒有，稀飯，牛奶都是水，早上9點房卡就打不開門，打電話給前台回覆等下，等了半天沒人過來開門，到前台刷的卡。刷卡要房間號，身份證號一堆事才刷卡，不提供不給刷卡，連續住了幾天反饋後也不會改進。

房間很乾凈，服務也很好，最近哈爾濱雨水較多，洗的衣服沒幹，幸好酒店提供了烘乾機，廚房也提供微波爐，總之這次住宿體驗還是很好的。

無線網不好使，連半天連不上，好不容易連上了也是各種掉線。
房間陰森森的，燈都打開還是很昏暗，鏡子上面有一條紅色痕跡，***服了。
已經續訂了還天天打電話問，最後一天早上十點就打電話催退房。
更離譜的是，APP已經下完單了，前台還問能不能把APP的退了在前台線下訂，而且是同樣的價格。你看我****嗎？不知道是什麼迷惑操作。
還有APP下單上面寫是近地鐵，但其實離地鐵站相當遠，有兩公里，二十分鐘能走到不錯了。出門從來沒坐過地鐵，要不坐公交，要不就衹能打車。周圍有幾個公交站，但是路況比較複雜，周邊環境也不好。
保潔第一天，竟然連床都沒鋪，紙盒就剩兩張紙了也沒有補充，拖鞋也沒換新的。
走的時候趕車，等了好幾分鐘電梯，電梯磨磨唧唧半天不下來，好不容易到了打開門一看是這**。一個超大垃圾車，把整個電梯都堵住了，裏面沒人，外面人也進不去。最後還得拎大箱子走樓梯，差點沒趕上車，這*酒店，誰住誰倒黴。
住過的漢庭酒店沒有一百家也有幾十家了，這家的體驗是倒數的，早點倒閉吧，別拖累漢庭的名聲了。

優點：房間沒有異味，床鋪乾淨，睡覺環境挺安靜
缺點：兩個毛巾都漏洞了，淋浴間會有水順着門流出來，浴室沒有拖鞋
