First of all, the things I liked: The lady at check-in is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is good, you can get to the pedestrian zone in 10 minutes by taxi and to the snow/ice world in about 15 minutes. Overall, however, I have to say that I wouldn't stay there again. It wasn't very clean, the room is in a residential unit. The furnishings are not very high quality and some are already falling apart. People smoked in the rooms. Sometimes the smell of smoke comes into the rooms at night through the ventilation. There were payment requests for the additional costs from 2024 hanging on the room doors. Overall, it's more of an hourly hotel than really designed for tourism.
