1、一進房間，衞生間地面就有一灘水，還有一處漏水點，嘀嗒嘀嗒了一夜，不是花灑，非人為（視頻裏能聽到）；2、床頭唯一一處充電口鬆了，睡前好不容易調整到充電狀態，可能一轉身就掉了，早上發現手機沒充上電；3、被子上有血跡；4、衞生間洗手盆沒有堵水開關，反味兒很嚴重；5、設施老舊不堪，多處破損嚴重、黴跡斑斑。半夜12點入住，為避免打擾工作人員和其他顧客，沒有換房，忍了。體驗感極差，有史以來最差！

酒店正在裝修中早上六點走廊就有人不間斷的説話。房間內連礦泉水都沒有，半夜起來連口水都喝不上。衞生間的坐便圈比馬桶還小一圈，上廁所都不能坐下，總之真的是一言難盡。
