great hotel, the hotel helped to find the taxi to pick up to send to the airport in the very early morning which it is hard to get the taxi that time.

Arrived at the hotel around 10pm. The lighting is very bad and no proper sign indication or anyone to guide us into the hotel. It is weird that all entrance to the lobby are locked leaving only one small door to the hotel. We have problem getting into the main hotel lobby for a few minutes.

This is an old hotel that I always like to choose. The hardware is very good, which is incomparable to the express hotel. The service and management are formal and orderly, just right. The location is particularly good, with convenient transportation and close to Harbin Station, but not noisy. The breakfast is also very good. Suggestion: it would be better if there is a freshly ground coffee machine. The only drawback is that there are traces of mold in the corner of the shower room (a common problem in old hotels), and the disposable slippers are too uncomfortable to wear

The hotel is in a great location. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to Harbin Railway Station. The Harbin Airport Bus is just behind the hotel. There are many restaurants around and many guests staying there. The front desk reception staff is very enthusiastic. It was a very good stay experience.

The hotel lobby is very grand. The rooms are nice. The service is warm and thoughtful. The location is also good. It is very close to Harbin Station. Due to personal reasons, I left my things in the hotel. The staff tried their best to help me find them and mailed them to my home. Thank you very much to the staff of No. 81

The room is large, clean, tidy, and odorless. The surrounding transportation is convenient and very close to Harbin Station. It is close to Sophia Cathedral, Central Street, and Harbin Institute of Technology. The front desk lady provided very good service and sent fruit. The child said that he would stay here again when it snows in winter.

The location is excellent, the airport bus stops behind the hotel. It is suitable for guests who land in the city late at night. Harbin Railway Station is on the right hand side of the hotel. It should be an old star hotel. It will be very competitive if the facilities and equipment are upgraded. I saw that other executive standard rooms have fruits, but I didn't find any after staying for two nights.

The room is of a good size, with a sofa, TV, mineral water and tea. Overall it is OK. The front desk service attitude is good. We did not arrive at the hotel at 10:30 pm, and the front desk called to inquire and specially arranged the floor we needed. Thumbs up! Unfortunately, the drainage in the bathroom is not smooth. On the third day, the wrong comb was used as a toothbrush. We found that we wanted to make a call, but we could not find the front desk service phone number next to the phone. Forgot to take pictures of the room.

The room is nice, clean and tidy. The toilet 🚽 is equipped with a ring, which is very nice. The front desk clerk is friendly and the hotel 🏨 is convenient for travel. There is an airport bus behind. This is my second stay in Harbin. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

As expected of a four-star hotel, the service is quite good. The front desk lady patiently changed the room and gave me a gift! I had just come back from drinking with my friends and my clothes were dirty. When I arrived at the room, I met the cleaner and asked if there was a laundry nearby. The cleaner said there was a washing machine in the hotel and helped me wash my clothes, dried them, and sent them back! Thank you for the enthusiastic help of the hotel service staff! Thumbs up!

Because I stayed there for a few days before, your thoughtful service, cleanliness and hygiene left a deep impression on me, so I chose your hotel again after returning from abroad. Thumbs up for you!
