服務很普通還可以接受
離地鐵 公交車站 不遠

①我覺得房間和網上掛的圖出入太多，我看了一眼，想了一會出來説退，問我為什麼退，當然是我不喜歡啊，你們這屬於是欺詐消費者，為什麼不給我們和圖片一樣的房間？②不給我們退，為什麼？因為前台説已經點確認入住了退不了，要換房間，衹能給我們無窗，不是大妹子我花187你給我無窗？③態度不好，我跟她溝通的時候感覺要和我吵起來了，要是眼光能**要把我殺幾百遍了。④衞生差，超級差，差的不行，牆皮都是爛的，枕頭和床單那個點子都洗不掉了也不換新的（洗沒洗我也不知道，也不能冤枉人家不是）那個地我用紙沾了水擦了那個臟的地方，輕輕一擦就擦掉了，説明連地都沒脱過。鏡子也不擦，還有上一個客人留下的粉底液。😓⑤沒熱水187的房間沒有熱水，嚴謹一點，免得説我們冤枉你們，洗臉的那裡沒有熱水，洗澡的地方晚上放半天了才有熱水。早上起來都用的涼水洗臉。而且我們在洗臉那裡開熱水用，那個水流超級小甚至還會沒水，除非你一直開着後面才會變大，當然了，水流變大了也沒有熱水。⑥我會打12315投訴你們，其次會把你們掛網上（**，小紅書，快手等等大平台我都會掛的）。⑦187的房間沒有梳子，梳子都沒有，6的⑧床就是整好卡在兩個牆之間，就連一條腿都放不進去，就這麼説吧，187的房間沒有牀頭櫃床頭連充電孔都沒有，我們要在桌子那裡才能充電，而且就一個孔還有一個孔在窗簾那個位置，不注意看的根本就發現不了⑨我很生氣，我們已經住了一晚，也不指望你全退，畢竟現在誰掙錢都不容易，但我希望能主動聯繫我退一半就ok不然我發佈在各大平台上的我永遠不會刪除並且一直髮，因為我覺得，很不值！！！注：視頻好像衹能放一個，我就合併了，貼紙擋着的地方是因為我自己上了一個廁所，上廁所之前已經去前台溝通過退房的事了，前台不同意，人有三急，上完廁所也沒繼續説退了，但是我還是覺得187不值，所以我還是希望能退我一半的錢。

위치는 1호선 역세권이라서 좋고, 앞에 편의점 등 식당들도 많아서 밥 먹을 곳도 많습니다. 프론트 데스크 담당자 두 명중에 마르신 분이 유머스럽고 재미있으십니다. 또한 외국인인 저를 잘 대해 주셨습니다. 덕분에 재미있게 호텔 투숙을 하였습니다. 소통도 번역기로 하면 충분했기 때문에 소통에도 별 문제점은 없었습니다. 단 한가지 단점은 뜨거운물이 나올때까지 샤워기를 몇 분 틀어놔야 뜨거운물이 나온다는 것이 약간 단점입니다. 이 것 말고는 만족하며 지내습니다. 다음에 또 하얼빈에 오게되면 이 곳에서 묵고 싶습니다.
