The hotel is conveniently located near Central street. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and welcoming.
I left my charging cables and adapter in the room when I checked out and they reached out to me via Trip.com app to inform me to pick up. Very pleasant experience . The gymn is very new as well and clean .

美居品牌四星標準五星的體驗，賓館位置很好地處城市核心地段，有下午茶和茶飲水果點心提供，賓至如歸感，前台、保潔阿姨保持着東北地區的熱情，房間不太大，設施齊全，電器都是品牌，馬桶是智能的這點提供了難言的方便，很不錯；大堂沒有洗手間要去三樓，是缺憾；早餐感覺再豐富細緻一點就更完美了…離店時候還很貼心的送了濕紙巾和護手霜，總體印象還挺不錯

很喜歡酒店的氛圍，員工很熱情，不管哪個部門外面回來都主動問好，房間舒適，讓我驚喜的是吹風機是戴森的，本來出門前還想自己帶着，看到宣傳是戴森的，給我節省了不少行李空間，哈爾濱給我的第一印象很好，以後還會來～這家美居也是我的不二之選👍

入住後遠超預期，乾淨整潔，服務到位，吹風機是戴森，洗澡水大，哈爾濱下雪天，回來沖一下真心舒服。酒店位置不錯，離開索菲亞教堂和中央大街都步行幾分鐘，去江邊也溜達去，火車站很近，地理位置太優越了！前台人員不但免費升級了房間，還送了暖寶寶，真周到。瓶裝水管夠，👍

美居的環境一直做的很好
床品也很舒適
附近樓下一圈停車位少，附近也有收費停車場
斜對面就是索菲亞
前台服務態度很親和，有種大姐姐的温暖
意外的是回來有個酸酸甜甜的宵夜，很好吃
山楂的，喜歡吃酸的人才能懂得的喜歡，但是每天好像不一樣

酒店位置很好，步行到索菲亞教堂和中央大街也就是7～8分鐘，對面是哈爾濱第一中學，繁鬧中有幽靜意味，這點比直接位於索菲亞周邊的酒店感覺好。酒店大堂的茶水和點心不錯，前台服務人員熱情周到。房間面積不算大，但設施一應俱全，也比較新。早餐雖不如大酒店的豪華豐盛，但也做到了中西齊備，吃起來可口。總之，到哈爾濱遊玩，選這家沒毛病。
