The manager and housekeeper team of Polar Bear Hotel provided very good service. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and they were very enthusiastic. They also upgraded us to a bear viewing room for free, so we could see polar bears. It was worth the trip. There were also many interactive games, and we completed 5 activity sessions, cleaned the room, and cultivated the children's hands-on ability.
