Service is good, restaurant food has abundance of choices for breakfast.

Location is good, room is clean and view is nice.

Appreciate the upgrade to club level at 15th floor but the room was very warm despite I opened the window & it was winter time. No air con available so room service pushed in an old, bulky & noisy 1 & only 1 portable “air conditioning”. 1st time in my life I stayed in a 5 stars hotel room feeling uncomfortable, noisy (from the street & the bulky air conditioning) & sweaty thru out the night. Asked to change room the next day. Hotel changed both my & my children room to a lower floor. Much cooler but air pollution was the killer this time. Rooms & corridors walkway were infested with cigarette smell & smoke. Yes I saw cigarette smoke coming out from a few rooms when I was walking to my children’s room. This is really the greatest problem with China hotels. China guests are fine to ignore the non smoking signs in the rooms & toilets. Room complementary services were miserable. Only 2 cups, no spoons. Average quality shower gel was used. Breakfast was below average for a 5 stars hotel. Location was okay. There is a big mall opposite & some nice restaurants nearby. Next time I shall stick to staying in an international hotel over China hotels unless they can adhere to the non smoking rule & provide 5 stars room services for 5 stars price.

Amazing experience good service and nice breakfast

Love the room is great everything was good i enjoyed the breakfast there were a lot of different selections it was yummy one thing I didn’t like is that I had to go downstairs every time I ordered a delivery Mabey we can do a bit upgrade on that. Also the dress code for guests in the dining hall need to be addressed this is a 5 star hotel I don’t need to see people wearing robe with nothing under it with the room sandals is just not cool. However I did see people talking to them about it asking them to change but it took a while. Other than that It was a wonderful experience and I’ll b back sometime soon and hopefully will see some more upgrades?

It was my first time staying in a 5-star hotel, and the experience was very good. First: 1: The hotel called the night before check-in to inquire if there were any special requirements, which was very thoughtful. The welcome fruit I asked for was apples, and I was very satisfied with this 100 points☺️ 2: When I checked in, the ladies at the front desk of the hotel received me politely and asked if I needed to put my luggage in the room. The service was very good. I also asked about the dinner time and price, and they answered me one by one. Such service is very good and professional. Full marks💯 3: I stayed in a deluxe twin room. The room was large and the view was great. Living on a high floor was like the whole Jiangshan was mine hahahaha 4: In addition, the hotel dinner was on the right hand side of the check-in, which was very convenient, the environment was good, and the food was rich. A variety of food was available for guests to choose. I ate very full hahaha Thank you to all the staff of Wanda Cultural Hotel. You all treat every customer with positive energy😊. Your smiles and services gave me very satisfactory answers. I will stay in your hotel again if I have the chance. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is very considerate. We contacted them one day in advance. The hotel also prepared fruits, ear bags and red socks:) I brought two children with me and upgraded a breakfast. The environment is very good. What a beautiful hotel. Happy 😊 Recommended to stay

The decoration style is low-key and luxurious, and the location is relatively convenient. It is only a 10-minute drive from the Siberian Tiger Park and the Ice and Snow World, and about a 30-minute drive to Central Street. The service is thoughtful, and warm suits were prepared in advance, which is very considerate. The breakfast selection is also rich and varied, and the quality is good~

The most unsatisfactory hotel in this trip to Northeast China! No doubt about it! It was a mess as soon as I entered the lobby, and there was no sense of luxury at all. It was even more devastating when I entered the room. Everything looked dilapidated. After opening the cabinet, there was no spoon, not even a glass. I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. No wonder people commented that it was not as good as an ordinary business hotel. It turns out that you can't book a hotel with such a bad reputation. The Mandarin I stayed in before was really not like this. I advise everyone to avoid it. The JW next door is much better.

The hotel is located in the center of Songbei District. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete and the transportation conditions are very good. The Russian-style murals in the lobby are very distinctive, and the lobby chandeliers are very bright The service is very good, especially the front desk is very enthusiastic The decoration in the room is also very good, which is the style I like Clean, tidy and spacious. The most heartwarming thing is that the room also prepared red New Year socks and cold-proof earmuffs for the two children. I felt warm in my heart instantly

The free ear bag socks and bookmarks are indeed Erbin's specialties~ Children's products and bottled water are all provided. It is quiet, non-smoking and close to the elevator. It is very satisfying.
