Overall I am very satisfied
From the hardware point of view, this price is still very good in Hasili.
I’ve basically stayed in all the hotels near Wanda.

星程酒店體驗極差，服務嚴重不達標！
這次入住星程酒店的體驗堪稱糟糕透頂，完全背離華住酒店應有的服務水準！
首先，預訂後因需確認房型訊息，多次撥打平台提供的酒店物流電話，始終無人接聽，電話那頭要麼是忙音，要麼直接斷線，根本無法通過電話溝通定房狀態，嚴重影響了我的行程安排。到店後，向工作人員反映電話不通的問題，他們不僅沒有任何歉意，還堅稱電話正常。當我要求當面驗證時，撥打那個電話依舊無法接通，這種敷衍且不負責任的態度令人心寒。
更過分的是，在辦理入住時，竟有人公然插隊。然而工作人員對此視若無睹，沒有進行任何阻攔和協調，完全沒有維護正常的辦理秩序，導致我白白多等了很長時間。作為服務行業，連最基本的公平和秩序都無法保障，實在難以讓人接受。
一直以來對華住旗下酒店的服務頗為信賴，但這次星程酒店的經歷，讓我大失所望。希望酒店能夠重視這些問題，加強員工培訓和服務管理，別再讓消費者遭遇如此糟糕的體驗！

房間是很少見的loft户型，樓下和樓上都有電視、衞生間，整體環境非常乾淨，離哈西站也是很近，周邊不遠都是各種商場。是此行最喜歡的酒店了！以後還有機會去哈爾濱，我衹會選擇這家酒店！

複式的，樓上下都有衞生間，大大的好，店家應該在房型裏説明一下，是個大大的加分項啊！下面客廳的沙發也是一個梳化床，茶几也不小，一家四口吃飯夠夠的
隔音不好，這個是硬件，衹能希望隔壁房的客人素質在線了，我們就遇到了早上六點多在房間裏練小提琴的小朋友……
服務很好，忘帶房卡都是直接做一卡給我們，還吃到了小小糖葫蘆
離鐵鐵站有點距離，十六七分鐘吧，洗衣房也去看了，衹有一台洗衣機，幸好我們自己帶了個便攜的洗衣機，房間很温和，衣物一夜就幹了！
