Feng Qi Hotel 枫栖酒店 (not Feng Xi) is a value-for-money budget hotel. The location is supreme - Harbin Railway Metro is about under 10min stroll away, the Airport Shuttle 机场班车 kiosk (20 yuan per pax for each ride, there are to-and-fro shuttles between the Tai Ping airport & the Harbin Railway Airport Shuttle Kiosk) makes travelling with luggages a breeze and the vicinity has ample North Eastern Chinese cuisine options. The hotel itself has a self-serve convenience store in the lobby, which we used to buy water bottles & tissues (there is no tissue box in the room). The room service is acceptable and minimal, do not expect a thorough cleaning during your stay. I only dislike that the bathroom design is such that after every shower, the entire bathroom floor will be wet. Overall, I would recommend the hotel for a short stay but I will not stay more than a week here.

The hotel is near to the railway and subway station. It is in a good location. There are many restaurants around the area. There are also many hotels too. I had a good stay.

Was just a transit stop for us, one night as the train arrived late and we had an early morning to catch the next morning.
Great location near the railway station, walking distance away. That's the key plus.
The room was not very clean with a sticky countertop, as well as used earbuds laying around. That is the key downside.
I'm glad it was only one night, haha, that meets our needs without too much of a compromise.

Room was not cleaned well. Hair and food crumbs left by previous guests all over the floor. Booked a Non-Smoking room but the rokm had an ashtray and the toilet reeked of cigarettes. Hotel lobby reeked of cigarettes too. Only plus point was the location.

This hotel is simple and straightforward but absolutely gets the job done. The location is fantastic—right across from the railway station, making it super convenient for travelers. The rooms are basic but clean and sufficient for a comfortable stay.
While there aren’t many frills or luxuries, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything we needed was readily available. If you're looking for an affordable and convenient place to stay, this is a solid choice.

Non smoking room but still smell of smoking. The hotel show luggage storage but cannot leave it overnight. Even I try many time to asking for help. Finally I have to move to stay at another hostel which allows us to put luggage there.

The hotel is good location. It's near the railway station and near restaurant. It's easy to travel in Harbin. But the room that I booking is old and not clean.
