The service was excellent. I found the staff very friendly. The hotel was in a great location. The cleanliness was excellent. I would consider this hotel again next time.

It was my first time traveling to northern China (the three northeastern provinces). The hotel facilities were outdated (the advertised smart features were actually unnecessary). The elevator was so old that guests were trapped (understandable), but they handled the situation with a casual attitude (incomprehensible). What was most incomprehensible and unforgivable was the hotel staff's lack of compassion for the elderly, children, and diabetic patients trapped in the elevator (who were taking antidiabetic medication but hadn't eaten in time, resulting in hypoglycemia). They repeatedly cut off the calls with impatience when trying to communicate with the trapped elderly. After calling the police and being rescued, the hotel showed no concern, either verbally or physically. No hotel staff waited outside when the trapped people exited the elevator. Those who hadn't eaten breakfast could only scramble to eat a palatable meal from the leftovers and quickly check out. However, no matter how much we tried to calm down and counsel them, my child still harbored a traumatic experience with using elevators in public. Perhaps there were even more serious consequences: when we checked out, police officers were frequently in and out of the hotel, and police cars were stationed outside.
