設施還可以，看着停車方便還有充電樁選擇的這家，而且我們正好在冰雪大世界玩，地方有點偏，開車的話無所謂，一樓的服務人員服務態度很好，就是衞生差了點，廁所洗手池上一推沒有清理好的頭髮，充電樁是專用特斯拉的，普通電車充電不穩，一宿充了20%的電。總體就是衞生希望加強

額不是我説在哈200多的價格也是星級酒店了，電視看不了也解決不了，打電話還不懂什麼意思麼，再説衞生間窗户用百葉簾子，能用的好一點的麼都是翹起來邊都是大縫子的，也不差這點兒錢就修修吧，衹是能住，這次體驗感太差了，又不是第一次來了，希望改善吧，衞生和淋浴的熱水都好好弄弄吧，要不都對不起這個星級，不是好房間就一定要好好收拾的，200,300那也是房間

這個冬天不到哈爾濱來一次的人是想象不到哈爾濱的火爆程度，中央大街附近1000多的房價也沒能夠訂上房間，在app上瀏覽了近20分鐘的酒店，也沒能找到距離合適價格合理的酒店，機緣巧合之下選擇了凱特酒店，酒店距離市區打車20分鐘21塊錢，價格比較良心！到達酒店後得知這個酒店可以提供景點的接送服務！這也太讓我感到意外了，要知道這酒店價格能享受到這種服務，屬實難得，解決了我們在冰雪大世界打不到車挨凍的難堪。酒店房間的温度適宜，稍微有點熱，房間設施也很完善，服務人員都很熱情，我在這裏感受不到是客人，更像是回家，哈爾濱這次火爆真的是有原因的，每個服務行業都這麼認真付出。哈爾濱再見，肯定會再見，凱特酒店再見，我會再回來。
