雖然家庭房是臨街但窗户隔音效果好，關上窗幾乎就聽不到外面聲音了。地理位置很不錯，步行可至對面松雷六樓吃老廚家、或者到後面秋林二樓吃俄餐，趕時間時樓下肯德基也可以帶早餐走；出門就是地鐵口，去任何景點打車也方便。
我們晚上帶東西回酒店吃，想借用微波爐加熱，店員還很耐心地幫我們開三樓餐廳電源~ 整體感覺是非常乾淨，家庭房4瓶水、3雙拖鞋每日會補充。酒店沒有主動要求好評什麼的，這是真實評價

住了漢庭哈爾濱東大直街這家店，最驚喜的就是位置一出門走兩步就是地鐵站，簡直太方便了!無論去中央大街還是哈站都輕鬆直達。旁邊就是紅博廣場和各大商場，購物吃飯選擇超多，完全不用愁。
特別要表揚門店經理，服務真的暖心!雖然發生了一些小插曲，但她耐心解答各種問題，遇到問題響應特別快。
洗衣也很方便。這麼便利的位置值得推薦!

辦理入住時，前台高個子的女生服務員，看我們兩行李挺多，主動熱情的到門口幫忙開門，業務熟練辦理速度快。房間窗户對着秋林公司，雖然樓下就是大馬路，關上窗後噪音並不大。客房乾淨，設施維護也還不錯。沒有一個行李架或櫃子可以放行李箱，行李箱衹能放在地上整理，顯得不方便。退房的當天，因為去對面買了一些東西回來11:30，詢問前台是否可以稍微延遲一點時間退房，我們可以整理一下行李。前台一個不高的女生反覆推薦我們下載華住APP，説是下載就給延遲兩小時。我們多次回覆她，時間很趕不想搞這些，衹需要像其他酒店一樣正常給一點點時間整理行李即可。這位服務員告知給我們半小時，超過就要收費。原本就是一句話的事情，費勁好久，影響了體驗感。

服務很好，工作人員比較熱情，位置很好，出門就是地鐵站，一步路都不用多走。松雷商場和奮鬥路副食就在馬路對面。博物館也在旁邊，交通便利。唯一不好的是臨街，車流聲、説話聲、叫賣聲都能聽到。最後一天晚上附近在施工，一直施工到夜裡十二點以後，吵得腦仁疼。

地理位置優越，出門右拐走幾步到快餐廳，步行不到一分鐘到地鐵站，步行十到十五分鐘左右到黑龍江省博物館/公交車站/秋林公司/松雷商業大廈；衞生環境也不錯，凌晨想換洗漱用毛巾幾分鐘就處理。非挑點毛病的話，隔音有那麼一點點不太好（？），然後電視播放着較卡，但瑕不掩瑜
