The hotel impressed us by its cleaniness and convenient location, as it’s a newly built one. Staffs are friendly and treated us nicely, although they cannot speak English well but still try their best efforts to explain to us. We booked a room for three people and only 2 breakfast offered in the original booking, but when we reached at the hotel the receptionist told us we can all enjoy the breaskfast without paying for one more. Very supportive and a big plus to the customer service. Breakfast offers various dishes with both Chinese and Western styles. This hotel would defenitely oan ideal choice when we come back to Heifei in the future.

現在象聽溪這類形式的酒店很多，但經營得好的卻很少。聽溪酒店應列入這類之中的佼佼者。雖然前台接待在22樓但大廳簡潔明亮乾淨，入住手續簡單快捷，刷臉入房方便。房間面積夠大，乾濕分區床品乾淨整潔，除了一般的使用物品外還細心的備有一次性馬桶罩。還配了4瓶純凈水（一般的衹配2瓶）。房間入住很舒適，隔音效果好，暖氣足。熱水來水很快，連花灑出水洗浴都很舒適。我8點半去早餐雖然簡單但味道不錯。整體感覺都不錯下次去合肥應該是首選。

Atour's bedding is very comfortable and the pillows are very comfortable! When checking out, we thoughtfully prepared a Mid-Autumn Festival souvenir, which was so heartwarming! Will definitely come again

But the door of the room is non-existent. The noise from the corridor can be heard clearly. The walls are very good. At night, there are guests with very poor quality playing games and screaming. The sound is so loud that it can be heard even at the elevator entrance. Hygiene: Very clean Environment: It is in the city center, not far from the subway, and it is very convenient to eat. We share a building with the All Seasons, and we survive in the cracks. Service: When checking in, there was a young lady who was studying next to me. It was a little cute and funny. I don't mind it, but I suggest that you hide yourself a little. It will be troublesome if there are complaints from guests. ps: I'd rather eat Hu La Tang in Henan. Fang Zhongshan is not as good as me buying the semi-finished products from Xiaoyao Town.
