I recently had a very pleasure staying at this beautiful hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is incredibly convenient, with a variety of resources available around the area for all budgets, making it an ideal choice for any traveler. The exterior environment is stunning, surrounded by natural beauty and offering fresh, invigorating air. Inside, the hotel is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, the beds are remarkably comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and warm. Special thanks to Jenny and Yanyan Zhang at the front desk, whose friendly and enthusiastic greeting refreshed my tiredness from the 10+hours flight , They kindly upgraded my room and patiently assisted with connecting to the Wi-Fi and proactively registering the vehicle number plate which made my check-in process smooth and effortless. Additionally, they facilitated a companion registration for my relative and offered an extra delightful happy hour. Parker Zhang from the executive lounge was exceptionally helpful, providing valuable tips on local services and transportation, ensuring I had all the information I needed and he is very approachable. ( I did not had my breakfast in the hotel as I was keen to explore more street and local foods outside , however I love their desserts from the welcome fruit platter and the happy, it definitely made with high quality ingredients,the freshest cream and does not taste too sweet (less guilty:) This stay made my first trip back home in five years wonderfully smooth and comfortable. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you for your hospitality making my visit so memorable and I cannot wait to stay with you again :)

The hotel is conveniently located and close to Sunac Park, which is only a 5-minute walk away. The room is clean and tidy. Sherry at the front desk is very friendly and helpful.

Delightful hotel well located in one of the main areas of Hefei, close to Hefei train station. The hotel is situated next to a long canal which was recently renovated and you can enjoy long walks; it’s also close to several parks and Huaihe Road commercial street with many big shopping roads, Starbucks etc. also less than 10 minutes walk to the metro system. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and have decent level of English service. Hotel is very clean and meets the Crowne Plaza standard. Large and fully equipped gym plus and 25 meter pool with four lanes is perfect for workouts. The breakfast buffet offers the classic Western food and some tasty local Anhui delicacies such as Huainan Beeft Noodles, meatballs, dumplings etc. Will definitely stay here again for business trips.

This stay was great! The location of the hotel is excellent, the surrounding transportation is convenient, shopping and dining are all available. Stayed at the most intimate hotel! As soon as I entered the door, I was cured by the warm fragrance and warm color decoration. The room was clean and tidy, the decoration was simple and atmospheric, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I felt until dawn. The bathroom facilities are complete and smart, and the details show the quality. The staff is warm and thoughtful, smiling from the front desk to the cleaning, responsive, take the initiative to help with luggage, recommend attractions. The breakfast is rich in variety, the Chinese and Western styles are reasonable, and the taste is very good. High cost performance, whether it is business or travel, it is highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to the shopping center, and the hotel itself was immaculate. Not to mention, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The double room I booked was very large. The bathroom and cloakroom were separated into wet and dry areas, with a large bathtub and a private balcony. I was very satisfied with the room type. At the same time, the breakfast was very rich, the richest I have ever seen, comparable to the buffet of a five-star hotel. In addition, the hotel also gave everyone (including children) a ticket to Wanda Park. We went to the nearby Wanda Amusement Park and it was very lively. In short, the hotel is very cost-effective.

This is my first time traveling to Hefei and I have been choosing one on Ctrip for a long time. Because I like to enjoy the beautiful scenery while drinking tea. I was immediately attracted by the hotel's large lake-view terrace and booked a hotel stay for two days. We were not disappointed, the hotel is surrounded by gardens and is shared by several hotels. The artificial lake outside the window is filled with refreshing light. You can drink tea and chat on the terrace and enjoy a pleasant afternoon. Shopping in the surrounding area is also very convenient. You can go to Sunac Mao for shopping and dining in about 10 minutes' walk. Mia at the hotel was very welcoming and tried her best to help us. She also thoughtfully ordered afternoon tea for us☕️. There were not many people, and I had a good impression of the white wine and cheese. Thank you 🙏
