The front desk who checked in was very welcoming and generous, and even gave us snacks! The room is clean, tidy and quiet. It is only two subway stops away from Hefei South Station. There is Baoheyuan subway exit nearby within a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient. Five-star recommendation!

There is no shower cabin. It is hard to take shower and impossible to use toilet after the shower. And the place is brand new! The cleanless is not great. There were hairs on the toilet ground, I had to remove them myself… Also the room cleaning is not 10/10.

The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was very good, the night was quiet and not noisy, and the rest quality was perfect. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, and the hot water supply is stable. The public area is clean and tidy, and the sanitation is in place. I booked a non-smoking room because the listing on Trip.com clearly stated that non-smoking rooms were available. I specifically requested a non-smoking room during booking and again at check-in. Hotel staff offered a larger room with supposedly better ventilation for an extra 49 RMB, which I paid. When I entered the room, it smelled strongly of smoke, and the ventilation was very poor. I went to the reception to complain, but they told me there were no non-smoking rooms. Later, when Trip.com contacted the hotel regarding my complaint, the hotel falsely claimed that I was given a free upgrade and that I had not complained after check-in. Both statements are untrue — I paid for the upgraded room, and I did complain in person about the smoke and poor ventilation. Overall, my stay was extremely uncomfortable, and the listing on Trip.com is misleading. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for non-smokers.

Hanting is the first choice for business trips, clean and breakfast, and cattle and horses are standard. If it is not recommended for family travel, the sound insulation is not very good, but breakfast is still possible.

The quilt is a little small for two people to sleep in. The faucet in the toilet is fixed and installed too high, which is not friendly to girls. The most important thing is that they do not provide drinking water. You have to buy it from the convenience store downstairs and bring it up every day. The landlord's service attitude was very good and enthusiastic. He picked us up at the door and took us to the parking lot (because the parking lot was like a maze)

The conditions are very good, with a stove, washing machine and TV. The bathroom is very clean and tidy, suitable for a family to live in. The facilities are quick and easy to use, and the bathroom is also air-heated, so you don't have to worry about the cold when taking a shower!

The room is clean and spacious, and has a hairdryer. The location is very close to the main shopping street and not too far from the metro station (13 min walking). The receptionist is very friendly and kind, when I return to Hefei, I will book here again.
