YyaseinThe best hotel during my trip to China.
The room was clean, well-organized, and new.
The breakfast was excellent, delicious, and varied.
The staff were extremely helpful. It was a snowy day, and they offered me hot water upon arrival and turned on the heating before I entered the room. On the second day, they kindly helped me arrange a taxi. Small gestures, but very important.
By the way, I travel a lot and stay in a different hotel almost every day, but I truly felt the need to thank this wonderful staff.
Mercure Hotels will always be my first choice.

GGuest UserI've recently stayed at this beautiful hotel it was my first time in Hefei, and even though I'm a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese there was no issue thanks to the amazing staff there. They were very patient while using translation apps to communicate with and they took really good care of me. They even helped with many personal issues and showed me the way around the town. I felt very welcomed and safe with them. They even personally drove me to the airport to get my lost luggage. I want to mention especially 苡荷, one of the receptionists there, she made sure that I didn't skip my meals and that I'm comfortable and she was really friendly with me, I felt really at ease. And no matter how many personal requests I made she never hesitated to offer help and to solve all my problems. I had an amazing experience at Atour hotel, it's very clean, very comfortable and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back there in the future. If anyone is thinking about where to stay in Hefei this is the perfect place. You will never feel homesick! I felt at home at this incredible hotel!

GGuest User房間簡直是一塵不染，設施堪稱完美，地暖、空調和加濕器，外加一盆茂盛綠蘿，還有全屋的木質傢俱，超大衞生間，有浴缸和淋浴間，毛巾很厚實，一次性用品質量也很好，喜歡這種古樸奢華的調調。美中不足的是兩個枕頭都太軟了，現在的高端民宿和亞朵等連鎖酒店都提供一硬一軟，或者乳膠枕了。可能是冬季，歡迎水果一般。
餐館就在隔壁，像是星級餐廳，但價格還算合理，澆汁鍋巴38，味道不錯。
服務稍顯業餘，熱情不足，訂的房間包含很多特色項目，但前台既不介紹也不提醒，需要自己主動去要，最後飛盤也沒嘗試，有點可惜。
周圍有小湖，可散步，藍天之下，太陽暖暖，紅梅怒放，鳥鳴不止，很放鬆，垂釣的項目比預計有意思，可能是釣到魚了，孩子和大人都很開心，夏天來，應該會更有意思吧

GGuest UserEverything about my stay, from check-in to check-out, was perfect. The location is super convenient with plenty of food options nearby. The room was spotlessly clean, and the front desk service was incredibly warm and attentive to every detail. The room itself was very spacious with a modern and elegant design. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the blackout curtains worked well. The soundproofing was excellent, and the Wi-Fi was stable. This hotel offers amazing value for money. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again!

The hotel's decor is simple yet elegant, and the entire place is very clean with no strange odors. The bedding was spotless, and the facilities were fully functional and easy to use. The front desk staff provided excellent service, making check-in and check-out quick. The restaurant was clean and hygienic, with a rich and varied menu, offering great value for money and unique flavors. The staff there were also warm and attentive. There are many shopping and dining options nearby. Overall, it was a very pleasant accommodation experience.

GGuest UserCheck in at 8 o'clock, enter the room and find that the Hetong Road is noisy, the sound insulation is not good, the conversation next door can be heard loudly, the phone front desk wants to change the room to inform the full room. The carpet in the room is also old, not very clean, other facilities have no highlights, the pillows have a smell of smoke. Traveling is really sleepy and tired. I fell asleep quickly. The bed is more comfortable. I feel it until dawn!

GGuest UserVery satisfied! They even upgraded our room! Everything was perfect, except for the air conditioning being too warm. The service was excellent – very friendly and attentive.
The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Huaihai Pedestrian Street. There are several Kawa Coffee shops and Zhanji Taosu within a few steps. It's really easy to get around.
Next door to the hotel is Intime Department Store, which had a promotion: 200 off for every 1000 spent. I couldn't resist and ended up buying L'Occitane, Diptyque perfume, and a bunch of other stuff. Left with a haul!

The renovation is probably quite old, and some of the design is not very reasonable. There is no full-length mirror, and the sink does not have a trash can. Also, people will slip small cards into the room at night. The room itself is quite large.

GGuest UserAfter booking the room, the housekeeper will add WeChat in advance to make arrangements. Any problems during the stay will be handled by the corresponding staff. The breakfast and lunch are really rich, and 2 adults and 1 child can't finish them. Dinner is ordered, and melon seeds and peanuts are also delivered after dinner. It's so comfortable with a cup of black tea. The farm allows free feeding of small animals, boating, swings, slides, and tents. The children made a ceramic bowl and wrote their names on it. Will the meals be more delicious in the future? 😋, after picking vegetables, I took the rice wine sent by the farm home. I will come again next time when spring comes.
