The best hotel during my trip to China. The room was clean, well-organized, and new. The breakfast was excellent, delicious, and varied. The staff were extremely helpful. It was a snowy day, and they offered me hot water upon arrival and turned on the heating before I entered the room. On the second day, they kindly helped me arrange a taxi. Small gestures, but very important. By the way, I travel a lot and stay in a different hotel almost every day, but I truly felt the need to thank this wonderful staff. Mercure Hotels will always be my first choice.

I've recently stayed at this beautiful hotel it was my first time in Hefei, and even though I'm a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese there was no issue thanks to the amazing staff there. They were very patient while using translation apps to communicate with and they took really good care of me. They even helped with many personal issues and showed me the way around the town. I felt very welcomed and safe with them. They even personally drove me to the airport to get my lost luggage. I want to mention especially 苡荷, one of the receptionists there, she made sure that I didn't skip my meals and that I'm comfortable and she was really friendly with me, I felt really at ease. And no matter how many personal requests I made she never hesitated to offer help and to solve all my problems. I had an amazing experience at Atour hotel, it's very clean, very comfortable and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back there in the future. If anyone is thinking about where to stay in Hefei this is the perfect place. You will never feel homesick! I felt at home at this incredible hotel!

I had an exceptional stay at this resort hotel. The property is located in a beautiful resort area and truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The hotel was impeccably clean, with very high-end facilities that reflect excellent management and attention to detail. The service was outstanding. All staff members were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive, making the entire stay comfortable and welcoming. As a foreign guest, I was especially impressed by how accommodating the hotel was. They thoughtfully provided Western breakfast options, and for lunch, the chef personally listened to our preferences and prepared special dishes tailored to our needs. This level of care and flexibility is rare and deeply appreciated. Overall, the experience was truly memorable. The combination of cleanliness, premium facilities, and warm, personalized service made this stay outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lujiang City and would gladly return in the future.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was quite good. It's conveniently located, and the room was clean, making for a comfortable night's sleep. The toiletries provided were also nice. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Eastern and Western dishes, with diverse choices including stir-fries, cold dishes, and delicious chicken noodle soup and wontons. Parking at the hotel was easy, and you just scan a QR code at the front desk for free parking. The front desk staff, especially the young ladies, were very friendly and helpful. They even gave me a small souvenir when I checked out, which was a lovely touch.

The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. The lobby has a lounge area and coffee, perfect for working. The breakfast was plentiful, and the braised beef noodle soup was delicious. The room was clean and tidy, and they provided items for children. The shower had consistent water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. Requests were responded to quickly, and the hotel WiFi was excellent. There's also a gym and laundry room. The area around the hotel is nice too. They even followed up after check-out. The service throughout my stay was comprehensive, making for a great experience.

The hotel was good and the breakfast was decent. However, one of the restaurant staff was a bit unprofessional; after breakfast service ended, she directly took corn from the serving area and started eating it with her hands. She could have at least taken it to the back. The front desk ladies provided excellent service, and the room was spacious. The cleaning staff were also very good.

I stayed at the Funley International Hotel in Hefei's Economic Development Zone, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is very convenient, with Metro Line 7 providing direct access to the hotel. There are plenty of attractions and shopping malls nearby; Huizhou Garden and the Oceanarium are right next door. A two-stop metro ride gets you to Sam's Club, and the Zhengda Plaza and Zhonghuan City offer a wide variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped, and the cleanliness was meticulously maintained. The front desk staff were warm and polite; they even offered bottled water on a hot day. The restaurant's food was delicious, and with three meals included in the room rate, it offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth staying at.

Very satisfied! They even upgraded our room! Everything was perfect, except for the air conditioning being too warm. The service was excellent – very friendly and attentive. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Huaihai Pedestrian Street. There are several Kawa Coffee shops and Zhanji Taosu within a few steps. It's really easy to get around. Next door to the hotel is Intime Department Store, which had a promotion: 200 off for every 1000 spent. I couldn't resist and ended up buying L'Occitane, Diptyque perfume, and a bunch of other stuff. Left with a haul!

It is simply a paradise. It is worth checking in many times. The children stayed for two days and were not willing to go. Guests staying can experience the playground for free: swings, ziplines, tents, boating, fishing, feeding small animals, study, yoga, etc.; charges: archery, picking, horse riding, various handmade, etc.; Dining is a variety of self-grown green food, healthy and delicious. Beautiful experience, in short, will come again in the future!

For any hotel location is the key, and although this is located right by the amusement park and water park and chao lake. It doesn’t have good directions or take good care of the walkways to allow people to walk unhindered. A shuttle bus to local spots should be provided. Breakfast which they provided had a ton of options but all of them subpar. If they had only a few things but made well and delicious it would be much better. The air conditioner was the worst. It pushed out humid air and rarely cool enough to drop the room temperature. All over the hotel they have ads for their restaurant but when we asked about it, it was closed. If something is not available, you should not be advertising it. Considered false advertisement. If due to your false advertising I have to go somewhere else for dinner, you should at least pay for the cab fare. Based on the hotel and the number of guests I saw I’m pretty sure you’re only putting guests in floor 8 and possibly floor 9. If that’s the case then each room should be meticulously cleaned. Ours didn’t have soap in the dispenser and was missing the conditioner completely. We were in a no smoking room, there was still a “do not smoke in bed” resin sign. Which was extremely dirty like no one’s cleaned it in weeks if not months. There’s a cute robot you send up to deliver things. But it doesn’t know to wait for people to get off the elevator before getting on, causing a family of 4 with their luggage to be partly trapped by the robot for a few minutes. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a number of the staff and can see the lower occupancy and time has affected this establishment. But you can still do better.
