4-Star Hotels in Hefei

The best hotel during my trip to China. The room was clean, well-organized, and new. The breakfast was excellent, delicious, and varied. The staff were extremely helpful. It was a snowy day, and they offered me hot water upon arrival and turned on the heating before I entered the room. On the second day, they kindly helped me arrange a taxi. Small gestures, but very important. By the way, I travel a lot and stay in a different hotel almost every day, but I truly felt the need to thank this wonderful staff. Mercure Hotels will always be my first choice.

I've recently stayed at this beautiful hotel it was my first time in Hefei, and even though I'm a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese there was no issue thanks to the amazing staff there. They were very patient while using translation apps to communicate with and they took really good care of me. They even helped with many personal issues and showed me the way around the town. I felt very welcomed and safe with them. They even personally drove me to the airport to get my lost luggage. I want to mention especially 苡荷, one of the receptionists there, she made sure that I didn't skip my meals and that I'm comfortable and she was really friendly with me, I felt really at ease. And no matter how many personal requests I made she never hesitated to offer help and to solve all my problems. I had an amazing experience at Atour hotel, it's very clean, very comfortable and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back there in the future. If anyone is thinking about where to stay in Hefei this is the perfect place. You will never feel homesick! I felt at home at this incredible hotel!

The room was spotless, with perfect amenities: underfloor heating, air conditioning, a humidifier, a lush potted plant, and wooden furniture throughout. The bathroom was enormous, with a bathtub and shower. The towels were thick, and the disposable toiletries were of high quality. I loved the rustic yet luxurious feel. The only downside was that both pillows were too soft; most high-end guesthouses and chain hotels like Atour offer one firm and one soft pillow, or latex pillows. Perhaps because it was winter, the welcome fruit was rather ordinary. The restaurant was next door, like a five-star establishment, but the prices were reasonable. The crispy rice with sauce was 38 yuan and tasted good. The service was slightly unprofessional and lacked enthusiasm. The room included many special activities, but the front desk neither introduced them nor reminded us; we had to ask for them ourselves. We didn't even get to try the frisbee, which was a bit of a shame. There's a small lake nearby, perfect for walks. Under the blue sky, the sun was warm, red plum blossoms were in full bloom, and birds were singing—very relaxing. The fishing activity was more interesting than expected; both the children and adults were happy, probably because they caught fish. It would probably be even more fun in the summer.

My overall impression of this stay was quite reassuring. The hotel gives off a first impression of being clean and well-organized. The location is convenient with smooth transportation, and it's also very easy to get to the high-speed rail station. The soundproofing in the room is good, offering beautiful views, making for a quiet and comfortable stay. The hotel's decor is simple yet elegant, and the entire place is very clean with no strange odors. The bedding was spotless, and the facilities were fully functional and easy to use. The front desk staff provided excellent service, making check-in and check-out quick. The restaurant was clean and hygienic, with a rich and varied menu, offering great value for money and unique flavors. The staff there were also warm and attentive. There are many shopping and dining options nearby. Overall, it was a very pleasant accommodation experience.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hampton by Hilton Hefei. I was in Hefei for a business trip to a nearby client. When my plans changed and I needed to extend my stay from Monday to Wednesday, the front desk team was super helpful – both the morning shift and the night shift colleagues. They patiently took my request, and the two night shift staff warmly followed through to make sure everything was sorted. Really appreciated their efficiency and care. The hotel is also very business-friendly: · Free laundry room - very handy for longer stays · Smart TV with screen casting from phone · Walking distance to my client's office · The surrounding area has developed a lot in recent years, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby The hotel opened in 2025, so everything is clean and new. Breakfast had good variety, and the overall stay was comfortable and relaxing. Location is great – close to the airport and Changgang Park. Thank you again to both the morning and night shift front desk teams. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hefei.

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the subway exit and Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street. It's right by the 'Hefei Three Must-Dos' (presumably a set of popular attractions/restaurants), so finding food is a breeze. The staff member who checked us in was incredibly enthusiastic. Seeing we had a child, she specifically told us about a Chinese New Year activity where we could get ice cream if we participated. Since we had an early flight the next day, they even prepared a breakfast-to-go for us in advance. Special shoutout to Xiao Jin and Xiao Ye for their fantastic service!

The hotel has a good environment and good service. The duty manager Wu Tong is very professional and reliable. The hotel's buffet breakfast is also very good, the scenery is very good, and it is worth recommending for travel. You can directly see Chaohu Lake

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, especially with shopping areas nearby, making it easy to buy what we needed and explore around. The towels provided were a bit worn out, but they were clean and fresh, which we appreciated. The food was okay—simple and satisfying enough for a comfortable stay. We also noticed that the staff politely reminded guests not to wear slippers in the dining hall for safety purposes, which shows they care about everyone’s well-being. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable experience, and we enjoyed our stay.

The location is okay for concerts, about a 30-minute walk. However, there is construction nearby, which makes it noisy. The renovation is probably quite old, and some of the design is not very reasonable. There is no full-length mirror, and the sink does not have a trash can. Also, people will slip small cards into the room at night. The room itself is quite large.

After booking the room, the housekeeper will add WeChat in advance to make arrangements. Any problems during the stay will be handled by the corresponding staff. The breakfast and lunch are really rich, and 2 adults and 1 child can't finish them. Dinner is ordered, and melon seeds and peanuts are also delivered after dinner. It's so comfortable with a cup of black tea. The farm allows free feeding of small animals, boating, swings, slides, and tents. The children made a ceramic bowl and wrote their names on it. Will the meals be more delicious in the future? 😋, after picking vegetables, I took the rice wine sent by the farm home. I will come again next time when spring comes.
