GGuest UserVery dissatisfied. After turning on the air conditioner for half a day at 16 degrees, the room temperature was still above 25 degrees. I called the front desk and they said the air conditioner was central air conditioner and the fresh air did not cool. The solution was that a guy with a good attitude came and took me to three rooms to see if I could change rooms. He also sent an electric fan, but the problem could not be solved. The room temperature was still very high.
I was surprised. The customer said it was hot, why didn't they turn down the central air conditioner? What does it mean? The temperature in Hefei is hot at noon and cool in the morning and evening, but the room is still very hot. Why not turn on the cooling?

FFree ZelThe hotel is clean, comfortable, and modern, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout my stay. My first room was a bit too hot because of the central heating, and one woman at the front desk, known as “是蛋挞诶,” went above and beyond by helping me move to the other side of the building and even upgrading me from a lake-view room to a suite, which made a huge difference. The new room was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. The facilities were well kept, the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, and the overall service was excellent. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

AAlexandraFongInvited for a wedding which was at the Hotel. Rooms are spacious and nice. Swimming pool was ok, nothing special. Great for the kids, the Amusement park and Swimming Indoor Park were close by and easy to get to from the Hotel!

AAnonymous UserI chose this hotel because of its room size. Got upgraded to a suite. Large room with technology and all amenities. The hotel provides 6 complimentary bottles of water for guest, the most I have ever seen. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast area is large with multiple food stations and good variety of dishes. The hotel is next to the #5 Metro station BaiShuiBa - convenient to go to Hefei railway stations and city attractions.
The hotel is new and the construction is still going on to build the indoor pool and gym. It does not have a bar - maybe there are bars in the two restaurants inside the hotel.
Look forward to stay here again. Hopefully all construction will be done by then.

When checking out, I wrote a blessing on a red ribbon, wishing them continued success.

GGuest UserI frequently visit Hefei and always stay at this hotel. The staff are warm and attentive, the lobby is grand, and the rooms are spacious with clean, tidy bedding. The breakfast selection is also very rich. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation and was impeccably clean. The location is also very convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

GGuest UserThe hotel was really amazing great location, easy parking, amazing service, I booked it for my family and we needed a room with 2 large beds, they had a 2 king bed suite which was both a great value as well as a perfect fit for our needs, the room was clearly a regular suite with the living room having had the sofa moved to the side and placing a large king bed, the sofas were somewhat scattered around the room, but for what we needed and the price we paid it was all perfect for us
The only complaint I could make was that I found the carpets to be a little dirty in the rooms, hopefully that is something that will be remedied in the future because other than the floor every part of the hotel was amazing, the staff for the restaurant were good, concierge incredibly helpful even though there was a minor language barrier

The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort.
Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

Ffox414This veteran five-star hotel, though a bit aged, is exceptionally well-maintained, especially in its service. From department managers to the cleaning staff, everyone greets you with a warm smile, making you feel truly welcomed. For just over 600 yuan, a standard room with breakfast for two offers excellent value for money. The hotel boasts a prime location with incredibly convenient transport links; the Line 1 subway station is right downstairs. Since we stayed for four consecutive days, on our last day, the lobby manager personally escorted us to the executive lounge to enjoy complimentary afternoon tea and an evening light meal, and even upgraded our room to an executive room. Thanks to the convenient transport, we primarily used the subway for sightseeing, which was both fast and economical. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. The Chinese restaurant also offered a rich variety of dishes at very reasonable prices.
