They were super efficient, with no delays whatsoever, and patiently explained all the hotel facilities and local attractions. They answered every question meticulously, providing truly thoughtful and attentive service. Our room was spacious and bright, well-arranged, with excellent natural light and ventilation. Everything was spotless, from the tables and chairs to the floor. The bedding was pristine white, perfectly smooth, and free of any stains or odd smells. The mattress was just right—not too hard, not too soft—and the pillows were fluffy and comfortable. It was so relaxing, even for someone who gets homesick when traveling, I was able to enjoy a peaceful, sound night's sleep. [Strongly recommended!!]"
