Very pleasant experience overall. The room was very clean and had a lot of free gifts that are generally paid for elsewhere. Breakfast was a little sparse but had the usual noodle bar and just enough variety. The only thing lacking was decent coffee. Special mention to the guy manning the reception desk who was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Gym was under renovation and we didn't know that beforehand :/ If we did, we would have booked a different hotel. Nonetheless, the room is SPACIOUS and the view of the Swan Lake is beautiful. The interior design is quite old but classic, I particularly like that the furniture is wood so it lessens static shock (just a personal preference). Try going to breakfast EARLY like around 7 or 8AM because when you visit right before it closes, there's nothing much left in the buffet.

They took the initiative to help me carry my luggage and delivered it directly to my room. The hotel environment is very clean and tidy, and the room is large, about 45+ square meters; the room is comfortably and stylishly decorated, with complete facilities, especially the whole-house smart voice control, which makes people feel as relaxed as at home. It is particularly worth mentioning that the hotel's laundry room has 8 washing and drying equipment, which is very efficient and very nice. In addition, the hotel's geographical location is very convenient and it is within walking distance from Hefei South Station, making travel very convenient. Most importantly, the hotel's service was impeccable. Every employee answered my questions with a smile and patiently, making me feel at home. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an excellent choice! Positives: great location next to many restaurants and shops, big and clean rooms equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, and hot plate. Negatives: lobby is on the 5F and almost impossible to find (have to take take a service elevator hidden away), wet rot deterioration of wood paneling.

I took my girlfriend to Hefei on Valentine's Day. I wanted to give her a good travel experience. The room is clean, with a Dyson hair dryer, the whole house is smart, and the toiletries are all big brands. The price-performance ratio is too high! The reason I chose this hotel is because it is close to the South Railway Station and is convenient when walking. I didn't expect that they also provide free pick-up and drop-off at Hefei South Railway Station, which is so cool.
