Great hotel for business travel, free laundry, staff is very friendly and always help to solve any requests you have.

I had a great stay for three nights in Hefei, the room was well equipped (fridge, washing machine and a projector to watch movies if you wish so), large and clean. I wish towels would have been a bit thicker, they seemed kinda cheap. Also the floor drain lr shower was sucking water kinda slow so you need to take quick shower or you are gonna stand in a deep water after a while. 🤣 Overall pretty good place to stay in Hefei, for the current price it is a great deal.

The exquisite mall, marvelous views and the proximity to the mind-blowing museum together with its quiet and peaceful green surroundings make the Grand Hyatt, the pace to stay. Don't forget the World Ice Arena where Dreams are build and made come true.

Wow! I was very impressed with everything about the hotel. I wish we had been staying longer than our planned two days. Located right next to a subway line, it is in a beautiful part of the city. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It had everything one would need for a stay. It included an iron, fridge, robes, and more. The shower had great water pressure and amenities. I needed a sewing kit and the staff provided it within minutes. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel has an amazing spread and a wide range of foods, all delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

體驗感非常非常棒：今年新裝修的酒店，房間乾淨無味道，而且還配了空氣凈化器；服務非常周到，有免費下午茶、晚間粥、足浴贈送；房間裏是大幕布投屏+智能聲控設備+膠囊咖啡機；早餐很豐盛，基本的中西餐都有，味道也很不錯；酒店另有免費的洗衣機、烘乾機、健身房，衹是我們早出晚歸沒有享用。特意為兒子選了帶浴缸的房型，小朋友高興壞了，天天晚上要泡泡浴，不用擔心衞生情況，因為配備有一次性浴缸袋。此次合肥遊非常棒，住的好+吃得好+行程方便，非常棒的一次體驗！下次來還住這家酒店！

Parking in the hotel is very convenient, and the front desk is very considerate. When I saw there were children, I even moved to a quiet location. The breakfast buffet has all kinds of dishes. It was a great stay👍

The room I booked was quite spacious and had all the necessary amenities that I needed for my short stay. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep, which was much needed after a long day of travel. The room was also equipped with a television, which I enjoyed watching during my downtime. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of towels and toiletries available. The overall ambiance of the room was cozy and welcoming. One thing that stood out to me was the hotel's customer service. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they made sure that all my needs were met during my stay. It’s also the “Swan Lake”

My mother and I enjoyed a wonderful six-night stay at Swan Lake Hotel. Our room had a breathtaking lake view and the hotel was close to two major shopping malls and a park. Customer service, particularly from Ms. Iris, was exceptional . She went above and beyond to assist my mother in locating a nearby pharmacy for essential medication and even managed to secure an extra night's stay for us despite the bustling events at the hotel. Moreover, she promptly contacted us about our forgotten items upon checkout. The breakfast buffet was delightful, and the daily complimentary snacks and toy were a nice touch. Highly recommend Swan Lake Hotel!'

I recently had a very pleasure staying at this beautiful hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is incredibly convenient, with a variety of resources available around the area for all budgets, making it an ideal choice for any traveler. The exterior environment is stunning, surrounded by natural beauty and offering fresh, invigorating air. Inside, the hotel is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, the beds are remarkably comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and warm. Special thanks to Jenny and Yanyan Zhang at the front desk, whose friendly and enthusiastic greeting refreshed my tiredness from the 10+hours flight , They kindly upgraded my room and patiently assisted with connecting to the Wi-Fi and proactively registering the vehicle number plate which made my check-in process smooth and effortless. Additionally, they facilitated a companion registration for my relative and offered an extra delightful happy hour. Parker Zhang from the executive lounge was exceptionally helpful, providing valuable tips on local services and transportation, ensuring I had all the information I needed and he is very approachable. ( I did not had my breakfast in the hotel as I was keen to explore more street and local foods outside , however I love their desserts from the welcome fruit platter and the happy, it definitely made with high quality ingredients,the freshest cream and does not taste too sweet (less guilty:) This stay made my first trip back home in five years wonderfully smooth and comfortable. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you for your hospitality making my visit so memorable and I cannot wait to stay with you again :)
