Book this hotel because of the location, very near Train station. Although it’s only take 15 min to walk there but with elderly n luggage, we took a taxi which only paid RMB20 to the station. Is only a one min ride. But the biggest asset for this hotel is their staffs. One of them is 芹晴，she’s very helpful, answer all my queries. But the most helpful is 繁锦，she did me a big favour. As a foreigner, she helped me to order supper when we arrived late. She also helped me to register the membership. She’s very patient n professional , thank you Atour for everything.

I came to Hefei with my friends for a trip and saw this B&B. I booked it right away. The room was very detailed and well-equipped. There was even a projector. The drinks in the refrigerator were free and there were super rich welcome fruits and good night sweet soup. I stayed in the hotel before. I have never seen such sincerity. 整體體驗下來，感覺非常好，前台辦入住效率很高，服務非常熱情，天氣炎熱，前台主動遞水給我解渴，特別是服務人員馬仃，看我的行李較多，主動幫我拿行李，按電梯，送我進房間。房間非常乾淨大氣，落地窗感官非常好，窗外的風景一流，房間隔音也非常好。早上早餐種類也很豐富，有我最喜歡的豆花，都很好吃，也很乾凈衞生。
