Atlantic Hotel Heidelberg
"We booked a room with kingsize bed, unfortunately when we entered the room it was a twin bed. Highest compliment to check in staff who handled the matter nicely. No room exchange was possible as the hotel was fully booked, but house keeping will put the bed together and on top double topper. We had a great time at Atlantic, in sauna as well as restaurant and hotel bar. From the balcony of the bar we were able to enjoy the fireworks at Heidelberg‘s old bridge. We will always come back."
IntercityHotel Heidelberg
"Hotel locates next to train station with just 3mins walk, and there are bus and tram stations near also, it is very convenient."
Hilton Heidelberg
"Spent 2 nights. Location is excellent, close to the main train station, and short walking distance to most attractions and eateries. Breakfast spread is wide. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful."
Aparthotel Adagio Heidelberg
"Good location. Free coffee and water. Friendly and helpful staff."
Hotel Chester Heidelberg
"It was pleasant, but the parking lot is a bit far away."
Leonardo Hotel Heidelberg
"Not located in the old town, but the location is still convenient if you're self-driving."
Arthotel Heidelberg
"We only stayed one night at the Arthotel, but we noticed the very friendly atmosphere. Therefore, we can recommend the hotel in every respect. It was very convenient that – although located in Heidelberg's old town – there was an underground parking garage with direct access to the hotel."
Boardinghotel Heidelberg
"The advantage is that it is a quiet neighborhood, not crowded, and there is a large supermarket nearby, so shopping is easy. Parking was free in front of the hotel and smart TV was available. I was able to watch Netflix The downside was that the soundproofing wasn't good, so there was a lot of noise between floors, and the hallway was a bit noisy. There were a lot of bugs and mosquitoes."
Lotte - the Backpackers
"It's really a pleasant experience living there. The staff are friendly, and room super clean, the decor is interesting and beautiful. Walking out of the hotel you can see the beautiful view of Heidelberg, the streets and the castle. Will recommend living there :)"

Hotel Europäischer Hof Heidelberg, Bestes Hotel Deutschlands in Historischer Architektur
"A great family hotel that has been passed down to the fourth generation, with very attentive service. The breakfast is of high quality."
House of Hütter - Heidelberg Suites & Spa
"This is a slightly odd hotel but very pleasant. After making it up the winding staircase in the "annex" building, the room proved to be large, cheerful, with a nice view, a comfortable bed and a well proportioned bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful and the service very helpful and pleasant. I did not use the restaurant, which is a river boat. If you are traveling by car, make sure to reserve a parking spot well in advance as they are in short supply."
Hotel Heidelberger Hof
"The location is close to the city center and not far from the old town, but the price seems a bit expensive. The hotel lobby corridor is quite beautiful, but the room is small and the windows are similar to corridor windows. The bathroom is generally clean, but the bed always has a bit of smell."
Boutique Suites Heidelberg Alte Zigarrenmanufaktur
"We booked this for a short stop in Heidelberg after our flight from the US before further travel. We wanted to find accommodations that were more roomy than a standard hotel. What I didn’t realize when I booked the room was that it is not a full service hotel but rather more of a luxurious extended stay apartment ( in a beautifully refurbished former cigar factory!). And what a nice surprise: Gibreel contacted us ahead of time to inquire about any requests we’d have for stocking food; he greeted us promptly on arrival and was always available for help with anything we might need, day or night. He’d made a point not only to stock the fridge with our requested food, but to also make sure he left some freshly baked croissants from a local bakery! The 2 bedroom suite was modern, beautifully furnished, well equipped (full kitchen!) and perfectly maintained, in a very nice quiet neighborhood just about 1km from the Old Town. It’s a great apartment setup for anyone needing a room for an extended stay for business (great WiFi), medical or other reasons. A big thanks to Gibreel for making our stay so easy and comfortable!"
Hotel am Schloss
"The location is very good, very close to the Old Bridge"
PLAZA Premium Heidelberg
"Very convenient location and fantastic view from our room balcony!"
Premier Inn Heidelberg City Bahnstadt Hotel
"I booked two rooms, and the hotel room is super clean and has a modern vibe, perfect for families. Hotel collected extra City tax of 3.5 Euro per person. Overall, it deserves my 5 stars. It is also can walk to the nearby REWE market."
Hotel Zum Ritter
"all is well"
Hotel B54 Heidelberg City Center
"The room was clean and modern. Not so far from station and nearby has supermarket as well. Very convenience!"
NH Collection Heidelberg
"Food is good, room is spacious."
B&B HOTEL Heidelberg
"Was supposed to be a non smoking room but the smoke stench in the bathroom is off putting. Also already pre paid through Trip but for some reason unknown, was charged a second time pending hotel receiving from Trip."
Staycity Aparthotels Heidelberg
"We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience overall. The hotel is very clean and feels almost brand new. We were booked into an apartment, which was excellently equipped with almost everything we needed, including a full kitchen setup with glasses, mugs, knives, dishes, and utensils. To our delight, the hotel surprised us with an upgrade to a full suite, which was a very pleasant gesture! The only downside to our stay was that the air conditioning was not functioning. This seems to be a general issue we have encountered with many hotels across different cities in Germany over the last 3 years. However, the management handled it professionally; they tried to compensate us for the inconvenience and proactively provided us with two stand fans to keep the room cool. Because of the excellent service, cleanliness, and great amenities, I am definitely looking forward to staying at this hotel again in the future if I pass through Heidelberg."
Candlewood Suites Heidelberg by IHG
"Very pleasant stay, can be recommended if you do not need daily cleaning service"
SevenDays Hotel BoardingHouse
"Great overnight stay with free park on availability 20 minutes drive from old town due to roadwork closures Note: Make you check in during the reception hours (Not man 24h) else make you get the check in code for after use the check in system at the entrance No Air Con and it was ok to open the windows to freshen up"
Qube Hotel Bahnstadt
"The hotel's location was good and the staff were helpful. For those traveling by car, the hotel has an underground parking garage; we paid €18.80 per night. Parking on the street is also paid, I believe it's around €15 per day. As the night progresses and things get quieter, the sound of the air conditioning can be a bit disturbing. I would recommend the hotel."
City Partner Hotel Holländer Hof
"A fairly typical German hotel. View: Absolutely stunning scenery, perfect for taking photos. Within walking distance of attractions such as the castle. Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming and patient. They recommended restaurants and parking options."
