酒店距離老城還有一點距離需要走一點點路，但是酒店更新了以後非常的方便，服務也非常的熱情，看到我是鑽石用户以後也主動告知了我行政酒廊還有相關的福利，另外相關的房間也幫我做了升級，但是房間總體來説不是很大，但是已經非常不錯了

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Heidelberg! Alireza at the front desk was exceptional! Professional, energetic and made me feel special. Breakfast was very tasty with many options. I look forward to staying at the Hilton Heidelberg again when I return to Germany in August.

Great hotel very close to city centre . Elyas and the Ugandan from the front office were excellent. Even Santoshi the lady from Nepal was very kind . Deborah and Andrea from the restaurant were excellent, very good property at the centre of city . Nice cosy and clean rooms . Would definitely recommend. Standard breakfast and a cosy bar .

Great and professional Bartender Elissaveta Rosenhahn at the Bar! Perfectly mixed smoked Old Fashioned. Very attentive and fluent in multiple languages. Makes you feel at home. Very comforting atmosphere. Go to bar in Heidelberg! Ordered the Beef Tartar- Awesome!
