Big4 Gold Coast Holiday Park Reviews

Very convenient and great location to the surrounding theme parks. Has it's own small water play park and small play pools for guests. They also have other activities to book within the compound and have a shared kitchen and laundry. They were renovating the eco lake so not much wildlife around and a small playground. Stayed at the motel and got the upper floor rooms so there is only staircase to go up and had to carry the luggage up. 10min drive to helensvale south plaza for groceries and other shops but there is a small area with petrol station and other restaurants and fast food.

Was a beautiful park and great Cafe with swimming pool and jumping pillow for the kids, also being close to theme parks and shopping centres. Extending the parks new accommodation.

We recently stayed at the holiday park and overall the location was nice, but there were a couple of issues that need attention. First, there was a problem with the window in our accommodation. It didn’t seem to close properly, which made the room feel less secure and let in outside noise and air. This should definitely be checked and repaired for future guests.

Our families using the camp kitchen absolutely amazing amenities everythyyou need

Not too bad Just outdated:)

Best location and such a family friendly vibe the whole place and such lovely welcoming staff

Good room size, even with 3 beds. Clean towels and linen. Staff gave us a room when we arrived early in the morning. Thank you! Really appreciate the kind gesture as kids and adults were all tired from the red-eye flight.

Great place to stay. Convenient to most tourists attractions.

Friendly stuffs! The water park is ideal for kids to spend off their energy. The boom gate barrier was out of service. That make us wonder of the safety issues. The unit is sparkling clean. It provides sufficient kitchen ware for a small family to cook a simple meals.

Talk about disappointment, booked with trip they didn't include my family members and I had to pay extra when I got there to accommodate my family.Property location was good but for value for money ,facility conditions were sub standard.Still overall great for kids but maybe I'm just whinging!

A great value for money holiday park suitable for families. The facilities are awesome.

Very cozy place to stay. Staff are helpful

The environment was nice and quiet. The individual cabins were clean, but not very big. Also, when they were cleaning the room, they took my colleague's clothes, and we still haven't found them.

The location is great, very close to the park, but the soundproofing isn't very good, and you'll be woken up in the morning. However, the rooms are generally large and tidy, and the basic facilities are complete.
