SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Hesperia Reviews

Horrible, terrible dirty hotel. Not a best Western Standard, way below standard. Room was stinky, I called front desk and the clerk argued saying it’s non smoking, declined to switch. Requested to speak to the manager was told the owners were not there. I need my full refund, I did not sleep whole night.

Surprisingly nice. Clean room, comfortable bed, recently new decor. I would stay here again.

Just a quick place to sleep and fine for that. Seems like a questionable area , road noise and nothing updated.

The staff was very nice. The bed was fine and clean. There wasn’t a chair my husband could sit on that was comfortable. He has neuropathy in both legs and can’t sit on a low ottoman and the chair back wasn’t sturdy. The bathroom floors were not very clean. No Kleenex in the room! I know it’s an older hotel but it needs some serious cleaning and repainting! It was definitely not up to the standards of other Best Westerns I have stayed at. The breakfast was not up to standard and wasn’t very hot. I would not come back. Your staff was the only positive!

I didn’t get my refund with insurance and they wouldn’t accommodate changing a name on two hotels I reserved.

IT was okay but was surprised no Kleenex in room. thought that only happened in a Motel 6! Bathroom floor very slippery getting out of shower!!!!!!!

Service and property were great. The only negative thing is that when I got up for work at 430 a.m. the shower took almost ten minutes to actually get warm. Then it gradually started to get hot

The hotel was run down. There was a boot print on the sheets, as if they didn’t change them after last guest.

Great location if you are wanting to go out to eat before turning in for the night.

The first room we had was a smoking room and it was filthy, stains on the door and the bathroom smelled like poop. Burn marks on the curtains and sheets. After we complained we got a different room, non-smoking but also burn marks and questionable stains on the sheets not just one but a whole bunch!! The walls were super thin as well !! The TV connection was terrible and kept on skipping. Would not stay here again

The rooms are very clean and nice but the breakfast was horrible worst breakfast I ever had

The hotel is centrally located and close to a lot of great stores/restaurants. Unfortunately, the first room we got on the first floor was not clean at all and had sticky floors and counter tops. The room phone didn’t work either, which was really strange. There was also grease stains on the bed, and on the TV. The second room was a bit better, but very out dated. There’s also a really loud club/restaurant right across which kept myself and my family up all night. The continental breakfast was pretty good, and the staff there were thankfully pretty helpful w/ my issues.

I tried to book online and the ******* app defaulted back to the current day I was searching instead of a future date. I booked the room and realized the checkin was for the same day! I immediately called to change the booking but SureStay refused to change the date. ******* tried to help and could not get anywhere with the property manager. I wasn’t trying to cancel just move the date and they said no way. They obviously couldn’t care less about people.
