Vienna International Hotel (Sanya High-speed Railway Station) Reviews

The Hotel was above & beyond our expectations. The staff were brilliant, also their service & attitude was professional, throughout our stay, & the staff we interacted with were all very friendly. I gave the Hotel an overall score of 10/10,but should really be 8/10. The only reason I should have given them 8 was for this reason. After breakfast every morning, & around 21:00hrs to well pass midnight, it felt and smelled like there were a couple of smokers in our room. This happens even though, the AC was on at full blast. I happen to suffer from asthma, and was experiencing some attacks before our arrival & during our stay. Needless to say, the secondhand smoke, finding its way into our room, did not help my medical condition. I hope after reading my review, the hotel would take my recommendation. Perhaps by having either No smoking, or, non Smoking Floors. I’m currently @ the Vienna sister hotel right in the Sanya Phoenix Airport, writing this review. I’m here until my tomorrow evening departure flight. We arrived here in the hotel @ 14:00hrs, so far, not a hint of any smoke odour. Thank you Staff for great service.

Room was very spacious with 2 queen beds. No fridge though. Hotel is within walking distance from San Ya Railway station. Quite a number of buses ply at a stop about 100m from hotel to sightseeing spots but have difficulty crossing the road if returning on the other side of the road (alternative is to wait for bus to loop at railway station). There's an electric tram stop nearby too.

The hotel is quite a distance to walk from the Sanya high-speed train station. There are only a few local eateries near the hotel. Thankfully there is a new shopping centre (Summer Station) which is less than 10 mins walk from the hotel.

Although it said sanya high speed rail station it is actually a distance away. Need to take a taxi as it take 10-15 minute walk.

Beautiful place. There's food and convenience shop below.

This hotel has surpassed all my expectations. I was locked down during the outbreak of Covid in Sanya. The staff was gracious, helpful and professional at all times. Despite not able to speak English they kept me up to date about requirements. The room was clean and kept clean. I appreciated the laundry facilities they provide free of charge. Their robotic butler was very helpful in these trying times. They also reduced prices to an affordable amount. They have an award from Trip.com and they fully deserve it!! Thanks for hosting me

This hotel has a great location, it's in the middle of everywhere. Sanya is quite hot, the waiter checked in very quickly, the room has a smart Xiaodu, it's very convenient to use, clean and hygienic, I'm very satisfied with the stay! The front desk receptionist Xiaolin has a good service attitude.

Choosing Hotel Vienna to stay is my first choice. During my stay, I was very satisfied with all the services. It is very close to the high-speed rail station and shopping mall. There is also a night market nearby. It is fully equipped with smart Xiaodu, which is very convenient to use. The hotel is also convenient for parking and has a free laundry room. I am very satisfied. The reception service attitude of Xiaomeng at the front desk is very good. I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel has good lunch and dinner, and there is also a gym. The room has a smart Xiaodu, which is very convenient to use. There are also self-service laundry and drying machines, which are very convenient for me. The main thing is that the room price is affordable and parking is free. I am very satisfied with my stay! Xiaoyu, the receptionist at the front desk, has a good service attitude. A very nice girl.

The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and all the questions raised can be solved attentively. Although the hotel is near the airport, it does not feel noisy at all. The overall environment is warm and quiet, the room is clean and tidy, and I like the shampoo provided. My hair is very smooth after washing. The facilities and equipment are very complete, and I will choose it next time. By the way, I would like to give special praise to the employee Xiaoyu, who provided very considerate service.
