Excellent view from room. Big and spacious onsen. Ample of outdoor parking spaces available.

Overall was good. Only complaint about their carpet has so many dirty spots, I think they need to do deep cleaning or replace a new carpet .

Make a mistake did not noticed my booking is without a bath room in the room, have to settle shower shared bath at the onsen. Did not expect half board dinner serve Japanese set and not a buffet dinner, Thanks to the chef make changes for the dinner for my daughter which she don’t take fish meal. Thumbs up to the restaurant staff .

Although the location is a little hard to find, the hotel had a great view from the window and was very comfortable. The sound of birds chirping in the room was very soothing. We chose a plan that included dinner and breakfast, and we were very satisfied with the carefully prepared dishes using local Yamaguchi ingredients. I'm glad we chose this plan. There was also a set of three types of sake to compare (Shima Bijin, Tenbi, and Dassai), so we enjoyed both the food and the drinks. Breakfast was a buffet, but there was a wide variety of dishes, including many Yamaguchi ingredients, and we were completely satisfied. There is only one large public bath and it is simple, but the large window gives it a sense of openness, and you can see the sea well from there, making it perfect for enjoying the sunrise and sunset. There was also a small sauna. I think you can experience the best of Japan here, so I would definitely recommend this hotel to people from overseas.

With its superb views and delicious food, it's the perfect starting point for sightseeing in Yamaguchi Prefecture. While the service is streamlined, it's still excellent.

The cleanliness was unsatisfactory. The kettle and refrigerator were dirty, which was disappointing. The dinner menu, while perhaps seasonal, was not to everyone's taste, resulting in low satisfaction. The view from the room was nice, but the facilities are rather old.

Unfortunately, I only spent one night here, but I would have liked to stay a little longer to soak up the traditional Japanese spirit. Upon check-in, you can choose a yukata and enjoy the hotel's sauna or karaoke. There's a shop with souvenirs and merchandise on the ground floor. The host was very kind! We arrived late at night, around 11:00 PM, but they waited for us! The breakfast was also good and offered several egg dishes. I'm very grateful for the hospitality!

As a ryokan, the water is very good, and the view of the sea from the window in the morning is great. The late-night food is also good, and above all, the staff is very friendly and the quality of the hot spring water is good.

The hotel is situated on a hilltop, in its own secluded corner. Dinner and breakfast are decent, and there's a complimentary late-night snack.

It's not a very good place to go as a couple. It's a bit like a nursing home. But it was nice because it had a nice hot spring bath.

The facilities were old, but the room was very clean. The staff at the front desk and in the dining area were very kind. I called the front desk to confirm check-in time, but they were short-staffed and did not answer, but other than that it was perfect. I stayed alone on business. My reservation for one person was not communicated, so I was charged the hot spring tax for two people. When I explained the situation, they corrected it to one person, but I would have liked them to respond more clearly based on the guest name at the time of booking. There is a problem with trip.com's reservation specifications and I would like them to improve it.

Although the hotel is in a remote location, it seems that all the rooms are facing the seaside. In addition, the rooms have large glass windows, so you can easily see the sea view. The hotel staff are friendly and provide free ramen in the evening, which tastes pretty good. There are also hot spring facilities. Recommended to go.
