My room was beautifully designed with sumptuous furnishings, plush bedding, and top-tier amenities, offering pure comfort and elegance. The service was impeccable—the staff was incredibly attentive, warm, and professional, always ensuring my stay was seamless and enjoyable. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in December. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with very spacious rooms. The location is very central, next to Saigon river, so we got a deluxe room with river view. We tried the food at both Cafe Cardinal (level 6) and the Chinese restaurant (level 4); the food at both restaurants are delicious :) The only bit I don’t like about the hotel rooms is the humidity. You can kind of smell the humidity once in the corridor. It would be better if there is some dehumidifier provided.

the hotel deserve the 5 star! the interior of the hotel and room is amazing with the marble details, the staff are very friendly as well and accommodating.
