Great stay overall! The complimentary anniversary setup and cake were a lovely touch. The pool area was fantastic, offering a nice view overlooking the city. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff were very helpful. However, the elevator was quite slow and took a long time to arrive each time we pressed it. Additionally, while food is not allowed in the pool area (we were reminded of this), we noticed some guests bringing outdoor food and drinks there.

Good breakfast, many shops around. The best from it is the infinity pool. Nothing special about rooms. Very helpful and friendly stuff. I would come back.

Nice and cozy. Room smell wasn’t pleasant at the beginning but it went off after 2days.

I always like this hotel whenever I tripped to HCM, I stayed in other apartments as la vela was fully booked but I still came back doing dinner and spa in the 4th floor! And I decided to move back last night as I found out there is room available on Sunday so I gave up the final night paid in my apartment and move back even I have paid both places but it was the correct decision to make

Hotel worthy of mention, staff were extremely welcoming and going a milestone further to complete the customer service. Definitely will drop by again for the view and hospitality.

I would say that this hotel is more a 4 star rather than 5. It has a nice lobby with really nice staff. The rooftop pool is also really nice. However, the rooms are quite dated and it doesn’t feel like it’s been well maintained.

The hotel here is really beautiful and comfortable. The food is delicious and the staff is enthusiastic. I will come back when I have time to relax.

Clean and spacious room. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. The location is quiet but also near to the main attractions and airport. The breakfast buffet has wide variety of food and delicious too.

To be honest, I was very disappointed. The air conditioner broke down in the middle of the night and the counter told me to wait for 10 minutes. But after waiting for 30 minutes, no one asked me to go to the counter in person to find someone. Someone came up with me and it took a lot of time to fix it. It was already 1:30 in the morning. Do you think I was wrong? You don’t have to sleep and you only have to say sorry afterwards. You really have to choose a new hotel carefully. Even water costs money.

Large, decent hotel. Friendly check-in. Strangely laid out room, that had a narrow spot for the toilet and shower right next to each other. Bed was comfy but found it hard to get the temperature right. Breakfast was only okay, a selection of different cultures of food, but should have had more Vietnamese dishes as they are excellent. Soup station was great. As were the frozen Vietnamese coffees. Has a new ****** and a nice gym on the 4th floor. Also a very nice pool that we didn’t use. Was quite busy when we stayed, so lifts took an understandably long time to come. May stay here again but I hate when you see 5 stars and it isn’t really. Probably better value hotels in Saigon.

Location is great, and facilities are decent. Only bad thing is that the lifts are super slow. The programming should be redone so that patrons have a better experience during the stay
