The hotel is conveniently located to the Japanese town and there are many ramen restaurants as well as Japanese food specials. We also like the craft beer bars nearby. Will definitely come back! Also I will recommend booking Trip.com’s airport transfer as no need to exchange for local currency
Booked a king room with city view and was given a room with a red building , was told that this is the king room . I was unhappy , made a complaint and the front desk manager(31OCT at 230pm) was not friendly but agree to a change, but always told to give them an hour to prepare the room. So the check in was delayed to 330. But when we went back around 5pm, they gave us the same room lower floor with the same view. Made a complaint again and the duty manager of the hotel came down very quickly like 10mins and agree to help us change to hotel
Room with a city view which is the second picture . The front desk manager Anna who toolemovee the unfriendly colleague was good and make very good effort the assist me and update me on the room change. The manager of the night was effective and made the change for us . Overall average experience because given the incorrect allocation of room due to non alignment of room description between Hilton and trip.com

Amazing breakfast(taste and choice). Good rooftop. Great concierge. Perfect location.
Overall it was good but some very specific points of improvement :
- They have a weird green light in the room always on, apparently it's the emergency exit light(the thing you're supposed to have in *public* corridor). Except it's way too bright to sleep and it wasn't on during my first night. They can't turn it off. No idea why they have it inside the room. No other hotels I've been in HCM or the rest of Vietnam have this. This is pretty awkward design as no one can miss the exit direction in 20 sqm even with smoke.
- The curtain can't close completely/efficiently so if you're on the east side you'll be bothered by the sunlight quite early.
- I didn't take the breakfast for the last night but they automatically charged me the price on my deposit. They had no way to control if I took or not the breakfast, so I had to insist. Not something you like to waste your time on at checkout time.
- the wifi was poor(multiple time had the message ”will reconnect when the signal will be better” while the signal looked strong). Also can't connect a Nintendo switch to the wifi.

The room is nice, clean, new and comfortable. It is located in the downtown area, so it is a bit noisy. The soundproofing in the room is a bit poor. It is very convenient for travel. The surrounding supporting facilities are good.

The room is small and cramped, but the design is reasonable and not too crowded. The materials are very solid, and the furniture is very heavy and difficult to move. The design style is also very modern, very similar to the new houses of Huazhu Club in China. The service is at the level of 4 stars. There is no need to expect the swimming pool on the rooftop, which is basically unusable. And there is no view to see, which is not a big deal. Although there are some shortcomings due to the small space, it is still excellent overall. To be honest, the price is a bit high because its location is not very good and the distance is still a bit far. The biggest advantage is that everything is very new and the facilities are very new.
Have been staying in Caravelle a few times over the last 1-2 years. Came to Ho Chi Minh for business meeting. The location is centrally situated. With money changer and restaurants nearby. Definitely would recommend.
If you are looking for a standard Japanese hotel, Nikkon hotel will be your destination, even you can recognise the hotel has been operated for some of the years, the service js up to standard and everything js just easy to access. There is a new zone mall next to it and the staff are helpful and the morning breakfast is international, me an my boyfriend stay in a suit and it allow us to access the residence lounge in 23rd floor. All day dining is possible and delicious food has been served :)

Staying in this hotel was a lovely experience. The service, the free mini bar and stocked pantry on each floor with snacks were all amazing additions that helped make this stay a fantastic one. The only issue I had was with the poolside service where I ordered food but didn’t get any cutlery or napkins to use. I later ordered a canned drink but did not get a glass. It was the strangest thing. The hotel restaurant offered delicious food with great service.

Since my first time, I have always had a preference to staying at Sedona Suites when I am in HCM. Already chalked up 5 stays. Great location and super hospitality.
Always very enjoyable to take a bath as the water pressure was excellent for our unit on the highest 42nd floor except that shower head was a little faulty and could not be adjusted to allow for hands free shower option.
Very thoughtful touches that made the spacious 3-bedroom apartment very relaxing and comfortable with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Good of quality furnishings and I especially liked the fresh smelling bedsheets.
Enjoyable breakfast venue on the 28th lobby floor and good choice of served ala carte breakfast items in addition to buffet style food items.
Service was super from concierge, housekeeping and breakfast service staff. It was nice to see the GM Albert Lafuente at breakfast time each morning (except Sat) walking around and attending/chatting with guests

GGuest UserGood location and spacious rooms!
We spent three nights in the hotel, the main sights are about a 15 minute walk away.
The rooms are very spacious, clean and well equipped.
The pool, children's playground and gym were a big plus.
The staff were always helpful and friendly.
However, one negative aspect was the breakfast: I have rarely seen such a loveless and tasteless selection. Even the coffee was a disaster! From the second day onwards, we skipped breakfast at the hotel and ate out.
Conclusion:
We would definitely stay there again, but would not book the breakfast again.
GGuest UserThis is an award winning boutique hotel that you are talking about. Stay & you would understand why?
The only thing that is lacking was no swimming pool. If not, would be perfect!

GGuest UserJust like the online reviews, it is a clean and quiet hotel. Just walking out of the alley is the downtown area, and it is very convenient for food, clothing, housing and transportation. The only drawback is that the double room is on a high floor and there is no elevator. If your luggage is too heavy or you are not used to walking up many flights of stairs, it is recommended to book a triple room.

Sending my gratitude as they considered my husband to stay for a few hours while waiting for his flight at midnight as me and my kids will stay a couple days more. we enjoyed the Jacuzzi, swimming pool water temperature is a bit cold for me, the gym is great and i loved the buffet breakfast! Great location close to everywhere .

くくみしThe location is good and there are shops nearby, so you won't have any trouble getting food or getting a massage. However, since it was in the downtown area, I could hear surrounding noises.
I was able to walk to the post office and Ben Thanh market. The shower temperature doesn't get too hot. There's no hair dryer. I was able to store my luggage after checking out. Good if location and price are important to you.

JJennyThazinAs it mentions in title as homestead, it is quite literally an old house made into a hostel. The service is minimal to non-existent and the bathroom is one floor down. The upper bunk I was given on first floor has no ledge so if you are a rough sleeper, you can fall down. There was a party of sort happening while I was there since there are no staff at night and the man in my dorm came up to the room and headed to the balcony to pee. It was quite an experience staying there for 3 nights. The location is good though so if you can handle hostels, this is a very average hostel.
