Although both of general service and location are very good but for the first time, suffered from many small ants at washing room which was terrible.

1. The location is very good. It is close to most tourist attractions. 2. The staff are very friendly. Especially the security guards working during the day are very friendly. He was so kind that I gave him a tip. What's disappointing 1. The facilities (showers, etc.) are a bit old. However, there is no problem in using it. 2. The safe is not fixed, making it difficult to store valuables. Improvement is needed.

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable . The staff is friendly and helpful but hard to communicate due to language barrier The hotel is clean and near the Walking Street. It's at the city center so we easily get around to buy food and other necessities. ATM machine is near also. Hair dryer is provided , soap , toothbrush with toothpaste, body wash and hair conditioner. All in all it was a great stay at Jasmine hotel! We will get this hotel again of we come back to Saigon.

The location is good since it is so close to the HCMC center. However the environment is very very bad because of the same reason it is so close to HCMC center. The hotel is surrounded by bars and restaurants and cafe and convenient shops with most of them doing business overnight. My room is at 3/Fl so you can imagine how noisily it is. I stayed there for 6 nights. All 6 nights I could not get a single night well sleep. But the boy who works at the counter is very sweet and helpful and speaks very fluent English.

Fantastic Stay at Vien Dong Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City! I recently stayed at Vien Dong Hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The hotel’s location is unbeatable – right in the vibrant District 1, with many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas within walking distance. The iconic Ben Thanh Market is just a short stroll away. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the modern amenities provided, such as strong Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a stocked minibar. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything spotless during my stay. The Liberty Hotel is very good, The reception staff is also friendly as well, of course the pricing is very reasonable with the room type we got to stay. anyway, the location is nearby BuiVien walking Street as well.

Right in the heart of it all, hustle bustle and noise. Fast paced & vibrant. The location speaks for itself. Has massage services on bottom floor. The staff were friendly, what was above & beyond was the girl at the desk help me with a bus company who wouldn't send me my tickets. Must have spent a good half hour calling relevant people finding my phone#, & translating my issue.

They provide 50% coupon drink which is in the ground floor but the receptionist just give me the breakfast coupon only for 1 person (the room was for 2 people) Yes I know I check in by myself first but from my experience mostly the hotel will give the breakfast coupon for 2 people even the second person hasn't check in & you told me to wait he / she to check in? Is it a hotel policy or ... ? (You even not explain any detail to me) So better improve for the staff or the policy.
