Disappointing Stay Despite Good Location I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Vietnam and unfortunately, my experience was not great. The hotel itself is quite old-fashioned, and while it had a window, it only looked out to the back of the building. The WiFi kept dropping frequently, which made it hard to stay connected. One of the most inconvenient things was having to climb two flights of stairs just to reach the elevator that serves floors 2 to 8. My room was on the 8th floor, so this got tiring quickly, especially after long days out. The staff were polite, but my biggest issue was that three of my personal items were stolen from my room. I had left them on the table to use when I got back—nothing valuable, just everyday things like my water bottle, hair product, and body wash—and they were gone when I returned. I reported this during check-out, and the front desk staff just said ”ok” with no apology or concern, which was disappointing. Yes, there is a sign suggesting guests put valuables in the safe, but these were not valuables—they were personal effects. Am I supposed to lock up my toiletries too? The one positive I’ll mention is that the location is very convenient—close to many restaurants and shops. But sadly, the lack of security and the dismissive response to my complaint really overshadowed that.

Sweet little boutique hotel surrounded by lots of shops restaurants etc within walking distance. Staff very helpful with great English so that helps. Fresh fruit basicàlly on your door step. Couldn't ask for more

Staff are friendly always greet us with smile. Checkin and checkout is fast. Clean room and beds are comfy. Furniture is old but ok. Breakfast is ok, bacon need to change it’s not crispy. The noise from outside corridor can be heard inside the room and it can be noisy in the morning. Overall stay is above average will come back again

I booked only one night but regretted it. Only to know the facility is good. The room is so big. And even have a big window for the Double Bed type. I should book it for the whole trip. But not able, since the room is not available when I am going to rebook. The place is so close to the Walking Street, and a (becoming my favorite) Vietnamese food shop called Phat Tai. Sad, I need to change to another hotel 😭

It was easily accessible within the first district, and there were many delicious restaurants nearby! The shower temperature was just right, and we had a comfortable two night stay! Water was free, and the staff were very friendly. There was a club next door, so the noise sometimes echoed, but we were able to sleep without any problems.

Walking distance towards Bui Vien Walking street, easy access to many eateries and coffee joint. Room I got is 504, a 17m2 with no window. Good wifi and central air-con. Daily housekeeping and constant refill of amenities. Breakfast spread is sufficient, mix of American and Vietnam style. They also got omelette section, which is a plus. Choose with no window cos it will block noise from outside traffic.

The executive room is smaller than I expected but it’s clean and yes water pressure abit low but still acceptable. Breakfast was ok , not as fantastic as what I read in the reviews here but a short walk nearby has many nicer food. If you are intending to bring a Vietnam girl back, u need to buy extra room for 1mil so might as well go book nearby that allows visitors without extra charges. The staff here is friendly especially the guy manager. Female Receptionist alittle grumpy. Overall was still safe to stay here

It's very new and clean, but right next to Bui Vien Street, it was a bit noisy at night. However, the next day, I didn't notice it anymore. I was probably too tired and went to bed too early. All the necessary coffee, water, and disposable items were available, and the shower facilities were also new and comfortable. I'd stay here again if I had the chance. Incidentally, my experience traveling to Vietnam exceeded my expectations. Aside from the taxi being a bit expensive and the immigration officer being a bit bureaucratic, everything else was very positive. Especially the urban development, the preservation of architectural features, and the access and management of affordable street vendors—in many ways, they surpass China's urban management standards! I hope our cities can learn from them, especially in terms of their care for the lower classes.
