I recently stayed at Signature by M Village Le Thanh Ton, and it was an absolutely 5-star experience from start to finish. This boutique hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! Despite being in a lively area, the hotel itself is a peaceful retreat—a perfect balance of convenience and relaxation. Rooms & Amenities: My room was beautifully designed with a modern, minimalist aesthetic that felt both stylish and comfortable. The attention to detail in the décor, from the high-quality linens to the smart layout, made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. I especially loved the spacious bathroom, strong water pressure in the shower, and the ultra-comfortable bed. Service: The staff was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel genuinely welcomed. Their recommendations for local dining and sightseeing were spot-on! Overall Experience: This hotel is a hidden gem in Ho Chi Minh City! Whether you’re a solo traveler, couple, or on a business trip, Signature by M Village Le Thanh Ton offers a stylish, comfortable, and premium stay at great value. Clean, comfortable beds. Responsive when making enquiry via email. Room has been designed to be efficient, toilets are small with “glass walls”, but is ok. Staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast spread is decent and tastes good.

A good little room in HCMC. The bathtub was nice and well maintained. The only downside is that the room didn't have any windows, which was fine for us since we got it for a really good price and we just wanted a nice quiet dark room to sleep and rest.

My goodness the best stay I ever had. You wouldn’t believe how professional and nice the staff are. The breakfast and afternoon tea is absolutely delicious. The room was extremely clean.

Kin Hotel is located in a great location, quiet and convenient area. I received warm genuine smiles and welcome from every staff. They are very attentive and very helpful to assist me with checking my grab car. Upon my return, they check in with my day. This is a five star service! My room was clean, comfortable and peaceful for a good night sleep. I booked 1 room, city view with bathtub. I enjoyed the beafast buffet, the selection of food I enjoyed the most. The staff were kind to bring my noodle soup to my table and made me a coffee. This hotel also has a gym and rooftop pool, unfortunately it was undergoing maintenance - After booking I received a note. I would recommend this hotel.

New hotel. Everything is new. Good location. Friendly & helpful staffs. Hopefully won’t be spoiled by the CCP clients. Keep it up to the standard.

There is construction site next to the hotel. There is noise heard in the room at night. It is unfortunate that the concierge has no idea on when the construction site will stop working at night.

I'm old Intercontinental Hotels visitor and this was the best substitute available in the city. Extremely nice staff and the property was new, just opened 2 months before my stay. I liked the rooftop swimming pool and gym. Grab is used for all taxi cab trips and the staff helped find the correct destination from the app. It's worth noting that there are usually many places under the same name in HCMC. So, it's important to stay vigilant with Grab. Vincom Shopping Mall is nearby as well as Heart of Darkness Bar & Grill that serves great burgers etc. I would recommend this hotel for its great location, peaceful and quiet, nicely furnished rooms and safe feeling during your stay.

Loved This Place! Honestly, Roseland Sweet Hotel & Spa was awesome. The staff were super chill and helpful, and the room? Spotless and comfy as heck. Plus, it’s right in the middle of everything — super easy to get around. Breakfast hit the spot too. 10/10 would stay again!

The hotel was pleasant and welcoming. The room was of fair size but with a small window and no view.  We were disappointed that breakfast was not included in the room price. We stayed in many Vietnam hotels in different cities and this was the only one that did not include breakfast. They did however have a pleasant afternoon tea with light snacks tea and coffee. The location was excellent with many restaurants, bars, and shopping right outside the door. We thought out had a pool when we booked but out turned out to be a smallish Jacuzzi on the roof top deck.  Loved the Japanese toilet.
