Hotels in District 1 - Le Thanh Ton, Ho Chi Minh City

We had a very nice and comfortable stay here in Nicecy 8B Hotel. It was located in a very good location as there’s plenty of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and salons nearby. The staff were also very very accommodating, sir Mike and the others were very cheerful and gave great restaurant suggestions to us 😊. Overall, we had a great time in this hotel and would probably check-in again if given the chance to re-visit Ho Chi Minh City.

Great convenient location that has all the expected amenities. It's what somebody from Australia like myself would consider a boutique style hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy which was to be expected as I am told the hotel has only been open for a month. The small rooftop pool was a good spot to cool off from the heat which was often not busy. I want to commend the team there (apologies to the rest of the team but, the only name that comes to mind is Sam) who were ALL extremely helpful and attentive often going well out of their way should I have absolutely any enquiry whatsoever. Being in management myself, I hope this is read by all levels of management, the whole team front to back of house are superstars and need to be recognised for their work and efforts. Our stay was very comfortable. The friendly staff ... especially from the bar. The lady and the bartender are very professiona. Too bad We forgot there names😞 Also Simon and Sun too. The door man is very helpful. We had a great time there. Easy to walk around.

The hotel is very small, the main thing is that it is located in the very center, but it is quiet, as it is a house in the back of the block. If you search on maps, you need to write the address 15A Le Thanh Ton, and 50 is the number of the house inside the block, where the entrance is through the arch from Le Thanh Ton street, there is the number 15A. This area has a Japanese tint. Nearby is the Opera house metro station and the bus stop for bus 152 to the airport, on Pasteur street. There is an elevator and free drinking water except for bottles in the room. We especially liked that there is a kettle and a microwave in the room - you can warm up ready-made food bought in supermarkets, there are many of them around, I note that food in Ho Chi Minh City is 2 times more expensive than in Nha Trang. There is little crockery, but a couple of plates, spoons and mugs. There is no knife, tea and coffee either. There is shampoo and toothbrushes in the bathroom. The room itself is very small, but the bed is comfortable, there is air conditioning. The administrator is a very caring woman, if you need anything, ask her. I would like to thank her separately.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights and there was no hot water for showering both nights! Other equipment is still very good. the room very new The room is tidy, there is no cigarette smell, The mattress is very comfortable the sheets and quilts are very clean, Quiet environment, no noise. the fridge good, very cooler. The kettle is very clean. If the hot water problem in the bathroom is improved, I will stay here again next time.

Clean. The staff are super good. Location is very good. But, this is a very Japanese and Korean place. not for me.... TV dont really work as per my expectation. Rooms are abit older than other Silverland hotels. Overall, its good. But, i prefer other Silverland hotels.

The hotel is very near to the Japanese town and there are many craft beer bars as well. I find the hotel very convenient. I will recommend travellers book via Trip.com for the VIP arrival service for the immigration as the queue will be very long. Also booking the car pickup is very important

Kin Hotel is located in a great location, quiet and convenient area. I received warm genuine smiles and welcome from every staff. They are very attentive and very helpful to assist me with checking my grab car. Upon my return, they check in with my day. This is a five star service! My room was clean, comfortable and peaceful for a good night sleep. I booked 1 room, city view with bathtub. I enjoyed the beafast buffet, the selection of food I enjoyed the most. The staff were kind to bring my noodle soup to my table and made me a coffee. This hotel also has a gym and rooftop pool, unfortunately it was undergoing maintenance - After booking I received a note. I would recommend this hotel.

Everything seen good and normal as compared before Covid 19 particularly the front desk. Except, they don't provide din in at the restaurant in the evening and not sure for lunch but they do offer room services with limited choices. Breakfast quality was a little downgraded as compared before the Covid 19. Cost saving program ?

Grandma Saigon Japan Town hotel is so good to stay. on the ground floor, they have their own banh mi restaurant. You do not have to go out for snacks when you're hungry. Their baggatte is home made and it is very crispy outside and soft inside. The staff are friendly and helpful. they offer tours and rental motorcycle for reasonable price. I will stay here again next time I visit Saigon. Cheers,
